الملخص

Ce travail a pour objectif d’étudier la stabilité d’un écoulement et sa répartition sur unesurface conique en considérant l’arrivée d’un débit par le sommet. Elle s’agit d’une simulationnumérique sous le logiciel Fluent, basée sur la méthode VOF (volume of fluid), pour différentesconfigurations du cône. La masse volumique et la tension superficielle ont été fixées, et leseffets de l’angle du cône et de la vitesse sur l’apparition des doigts ont été analysés.This work aims to study the stability of a flow and its distribution on a conical surface byconsidering the arrival of a flow from the top. This is a numerical simulation using Fluentsoftware, based on the VOF (volume of fluid) method, for different cone configurations. Thedensity and surface tension were fixed, and the effects of cone angle and speed on fingerappearance were analyzed.
