الملخص

Notre travaille porte sur une contribution à l'étude de l'impact de l'orientation sur la croissance deWithaniafrutescens (solanacée) qui se localise dans la région de Tlemcen et Ain Temouchent.Cette étude permettra de mieux connaitre la spécificité de Wilhaniafrulescens, ainsi que son aptitude àrésister et s'adapter dans les trois stations (Sebaa Chioukh, Rachgoun).Après une brève présentation de la famille des solanacées et du genre de Withania, et après une étudede la diversité biologique ; on a examiné de manière succincte le milieu physique de notre zoned'étude qui est une partie de littoral et son ambiance climatique.L'étude Histo-morphométrique vient de renforcer l'aspect expérimental de ce travail avec deux grandaxes: les mesures morphologiques pour évaluer l'impact de l'orientation sur la croissance enlongueur de la plante par des ANOVA. Le deuxième est consacré aux coupes histologiques pourtracer un schéma des différents tissus de cette plante ainsi que leurs mesures.Ces deux parties représentent l'élément central de notre étude, car elles nous ont permis d'avancercertaines hypothèses qu'on espère consolider dans un futur proche.Mot-clé: Solanacée, Withania frulescens, morphohistométrie, nord-ouest, Algérie.SummaryOur work focuses on a Histo-morphometric study of Withaniafrutescens a Solanaceae which locatesin the region of Tlemcen and Ain Temouchent.This study will improve on the specificity of Withania frutescens, and his ability to resist and adapt inthe three stations (Sebaa Chioukh, Rachgoun).After a briefpresentation of the nightshade fanily and genus Withania, and after a study ofbiodiversity, we examined the synopsis of the physical environment of our study area that is part of acoastal cliinate and atmosphere.The Histo-morphometric study has reinforced the experimental aspect of this work with two majoraxes: the morphological measurements to assess the impact of environment on growth in height anddiameter of the plant by ANOVA. The second is devoted to the histological sections to draw a diagramof the différent tissues of this plant and their measures.These two parts represent the core of our study, as they allowed us to advance some hypotheses wehope to build in the near future.Keyword: Solanaceae, Wilhaniafrutescens, morphohistometry, North West, Algeria.
