We aimed in this research to suggest a model for measuring the relative efficiency that corresponds to the nature and reality of the University of Aleppo and its colleges using the modern quantitative methods in this field. It is one of the models of the Stochastic Frontier Analysis method which was selected using the appropriate scientific methods .The variables of the search by input are: ratio of number of new students to total number of students, percentage of faculty to total number of students, percentage of non-teaching staff to total number of students, and outputs: Single output is the ratio of number of graduates to total number of students; The additional variables that were applied to the efficiency indicators were: the type of college (application or theory), the number of years of study in the college, the number of departments in the college, the percentage of researches published in the university research journal, And the personal competencies and human relations of the members of the faculty at the faculties of the University of Aleppo, andthe level of planning and implementation of the lecture for the members of the faculty in the faculties of the University of Aleppo, activating the activities and methods of assessment by the members of the faculty in the faculties of the University of Aleppo, and the scientific and professional empowerment of the members of the teaching staff at the faculties of the University of Aleppo, The application of methods of reinforcement and motivation for members of the faculty at the faculties of the University of Aleppo .And we used the appropriate statistical methods to test the hypothesis of research, in order to contribute to solving the problem of our research, achieving its objectives .We have reached conclusions that serve the decision makers at the University of Aleppo and make recommendations that raise the relative efficiency levels of their colleges. The model we presented is a local model that includes the most important variables related to the reality and working conditions of Aleppo University faculties .Future studies can support the development process and increase the number of additional variables to include all activities of the faculties of Aleppo University or institutions of higher education in Syria by other researchers.
