L’analyse financière est un ensemble d’instruments et de méthodes de diagnostic, elleest menée à travers une étude sur l’analyse de l’activité, et à travers une approche statique, etcela en vue d’apprécier sa structure financière et sa rentabilité.L’objectif à atteindre par ce mémoire est de faire le point sur la situation financière, lasolvabilité, la rentabilité et l’équilibre au sein de l’entreprise SPA ELAFRUITS de Bejaia, quinous a permis de conclure que cette dernière est rentable, solvable et avec une situationfinancière équilibrée.
