الملخص

L’Urtica dioïca, de la famille des Urticacée, est Largement répandue dans le monde. Elle est reconnue comme l’une des plantes médicinales spontanées les plus utiles et les plus efficaces. L’objectif de cette étude était de quantifier les phénols totaux et les flavonoïdes des extraits d’une plante de la région de Jijel Les résultats obtenus ont montré que la teneur des flavonoïdes et les phénols totaux des extraits butanoliques est plus grande par rapport à la teneur des extraits d’acétate d’éthyle et chloroforme équivalent de la quercetine et d’acide gallique successivement. les trois extraits aussi donnent une grande activité antioxydant selon la méthode de réduction de fer par rapport au BHA, BHT et une activité approche de la vitamine C et BHA suivant la méthode des radicaux libre DPPH. L’inhibition de l’oxydation de nos extraits a été évaluée par le test DPPH qui à montré une activité antioxydante comparativement a l’acide ascorbique et BHA par contre le test de réduction de fer montre une grande activité antioxydante comparative a BHA, BHT et l’acide ascorbique. Abstract: The Urtica dioica, the family Urticacée is Widespread in the world. It is recognized as one of the most spontaneous herbs useful and effective. The objective of this study was to quantify total phenols and flavonoids extracted from a plant of the Jijel The results showed that the content of flavonoids and total phenols of butanol extracts is greater compared to the content of ethyl acetate and chloroform equivalent of quercetin and gallic acid sequence acetate extracts. The three extracts also give a great antioxidant activity according to the method of reduction of iron compared to BHA, BHT and approach of vitamin C and BHA following the method of DPPH free radical activity The inhibition of the oxidation of our extracts was evaluated by the DPPH test has shown antioxidant activity compared to ascorbic acid and BHA against the iron reduction test shows a great antioxidant activity has comparative BHA, BHT and ascorbic acid.
