الملخص

أقرّ كثير من العلماء أمثال الجويني، والغزّالي، والزّمخشري، والسّبكي، وغيرهم بموقع علوم العربيّة في الاستنباط الشّرعيّ، واشترطوا لبلوغ مرتبة النّظر في الشّريعة الإسلاميّة، واستكناه السّمات الأسلوبية للخطاب القرآني، واستكشاف حقائقه معرفة علوم العربية. وباعتبار أنّ الاهتمام المبكّر بالمصطلح في الدّرس الأصولي كان له أثره في الدّراسات اللّغويّة، من حيث توخّي الدّقّة في تحديد المصطلحات، وتجنّب الخلط في مفاهيمها. فإنّ هذه الدّراسة المصطلحيّة تسلّط الضوء على طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط المصطلح الأصولي بالمصطلح البلاغي، وتحاول إبراز خصوصيات التّأثير والتّأثّر المصطلحي بين العلمين.

Many scholars, such as al-Juwayni, al-Ghazali, al-Zamakhshari, al-Sibki, and others, were more powerful in the site of Arabic sciences in legal inference. This terminology study sheds light on the nature of the relationships that link the fundamentalist term to the rhetorical term, and attempts to highlight the peculiarities of influence and terminology between the two sciences De nombreux chercheurs, tels que al-Juwayni, al-Ghazali, al-Zamakhshari, al-Sibkiet d'autres, étaient plus puissants sur le site des sciences arabes en inférence juridique.Et étant donné que l'intérêt précoce pour le terme dans la leçon fondamentaliste a eu son effet dans les études linguistiques, en termes de recherche d'exactitude dans la définition des termes et d'éviter la confusion dans leurs concepts.Cette étude terminologique met en lumière la nature des relations qui relient le terme fondamentaliste au terme rhétorique et tente de mettre en évidence les particularités de l'influence et de la terminologie entre les deux sciences
