Study title:"Thereality of administrative communication and its impact on the effective management of the sports organization project -a field study in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of Souk Ahras".2-The aim of the study:to identify the reality of administrative communication in the Directorate of Youth and Sports and its effective impact on the management of its projects and to address the types, means and methods of administrative communication applied, and the obstacles that reduce its effectiveness.3-The problem of the study:represented in the question: " What is the reality of administrative communication and its impact on the effective management of the sports organization project? "4-Study questions:A-What are the types, means and methods of administrative communication and their impact on the effective management of the sports organization project?B-Is the administrative communication a pivotal mechanism for activating the process of running the projects of the sports organization?C-What are the administrative communication obstacles that lack effectiveness during the management of projects in the sports organization?5-Hypotheses:5-1 The general hypothesis: The administrative communication has an impact on the effective management of the sports organization project.5.2 Partial Hypotheses:A-Types, means and methods of administrative communication have an impact on the effective management of the project of the sports organization.B-Administrative communication is considered a pivotal mechanism to activate the process of running the sports organization's project.C-There are obstacles to administrative communication that reduce its effectiveness during the project management in the sports organization6-Field study procedures:-Population and sample of the study: and since the study sample represents the study population, the researcher relied on the comprehensive survey and sample selection in a random, intercepted sampling manner, which consisted of (15) frameworks and workers charged with following up and running projects in the Directorate of Youth andSports of the state of Souk Ahras as a sports organization.-Study variables:* The independent variable:It is represented in "administrative communication".* Dependent variable: It is represented in the "managing effectiveness of the project".-The spatial scope of the study: After setting the subject of the study with the supervisor and approving it by the scientific bodies of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports at the University of Chlef, the field study was conducted at the level ofthe Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Souk Ahras.-The temporal field of study: It represents the time field for studying our subject from the period extending from October 2020 to: May 2021.-Method used: The study was adopted by theresearcher on the "descriptive-analytical approach", which is the most appropriate method for the study.-Tools used in the study: The researcher decided to design the "interview form" as a means of collecting data and information in the field.7-The most important results obtained:-Most of those chargedwith running projects in the sports organization depend in their communications on various oral, written and electronic means, which are essential intransmitting information within the sports organization and due to their credibility.-It turns out that it clearly predominatesa pattern of communication represented in the downward communication within the relations of the sports organization’s management with its project managers, through the transfer of information and evaluating the performance of individuals. The centralization of decision-making within the management Intitulé de l'étude : "La réalité de la communication administrative et son impact sur la gestion efficace du projet d'organisation sportive -une étude de terrain à la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'Etat de Souk Ahras"2-L'objectif de l'étude:identifierla réalité de la communication administrative à la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports et son impact effectif sur la gestion de ses projets et aborder les types, moyens et méthodes de communication administrative les plus importants appliqués, et les obstacles existants qui réduisent son efficacité.3-La problématique de l'étude: représentée dans la question : "Quelle est la réalité de la communication administrative et son impact sur la gestion efficace du projet d'organisation sportive ?"4-Questions d'étude:A-Quels sontles types, moyens et méthodes de communication administrative et leur impact sur la bonne gestion du projet d'organisation sportive ?B-La communication administrative est-elle un mécanisme pivot pour activer le processus de conduite des projets de l'organisation sportive ?C-Quels sont les freins administratifs de communication qui manquent d'efficacité lors de la gestion de projets dans l'organisation sportive ?5-Hypothèses :5-1 L'hypothèse générale: La communication administrative a un impact sur la gestion efficace du projet d'organisation sportive.5.2 Hypothèses partielles:A-Les types, moyens et méthodes de communication administrative ont un impact sur la gestion efficace du projet de l'organisation sportive.B-La communication administrative est considérée comme un mécanisme pivot pour activer le processus de conduite du projet de l'organisation sportive.C-Il existe des obstacles à la communication administrative qui réduisent son efficacité lors de la gestion de projet dans l'organisation sportive.6-Procédures d'étude de terrain:-Population et échantillon de l'étude: et puisque l'échantillon de l'étude représente la population de l'étude, le chercheur s'est appuyé sur l'enquête complète et la sélection de l'échantillon de manière aléatoire et interceptée, qui consistait en (15) cadres et travailleurs chargés du suivi et l'exécution de projets au sein de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'Etat de Souk Ahras en tant qu'organisation sportive.-Variables d'étude:* La variable indépendante: Elle est représentée en "communication administrative".* Variable dépendante: Elle est représentée dans "l'efficacité de gestion du projet".* Domaine spatial: Après avoir défini le sujet de l'étude avec le directeur de thèse et l'avoir validé auprès des instances scientifiques de l'Institut d'Education Physique et des Sports de l'Université de Chlef, l'étude a été menée au niveau de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'état de Souk Ahras.* Domaine temporel : Il représente la plage temporelle d'étude de notre sujet depuis la période d'octobre 2020 à : mai 2021.-La méthode utilisée: La méthode descriptive a été utilisée dans l'étude par le chercheur.-Outils utilisés dans l'étude: Le chercheur a décidé de concevoir et d'utiliser la « fiche d'entretien » comme moyen de collecte de données et d'informations sur le terrain.7-Les résultats les plus importants obtenus :-La plupart des personnes chargées de conduire des projets dans l'organisation sportive dépendent dans leurs communications de divers moyens oraux, écrits et électroniques, indispensables à la transmission de l'information au sein de l'organisation sportive et à leur crédibilité.-Il s'avère qu'il prédomine clairement un schéma de communication représenté par la communicationdescendante dans les relations de la direction de l'organisation sportive avec ses chefs de projet, à travers le transfert d'informations et l'évaluation de la performance des individus. gestion de l'organisation sportive et la négligence du rôle consultatif auprès des subordonnés.
