الملخص

يعد الاهتمام بدراسة دالة البقاء من المواضيع المهمة في التحليل الاحصائي لارتباطها المباشر بحياة الجنس البشري اذ إنها تدرس احتماليات تهتم بالجانب الطبي مثل احتمالية فترة رقود المصاب بمرض معين لحين التعافي او الوفاة او احتمالية استمرار تأثير المخدر على احد المرضى أثناء العمليات الجراحية وغيرها.تهدف هذه الرسالة الى دراسة دالة البقاء باستخدام توزيع Xgamma (XG). لقد تم في هذا البحث دراسة خصائص توزيع Xgammaواستخدامه في احتساب دالة البقاء، كما تم اقتراح ثلاثة اشكال للتوزيع Xgamma1(XG1D),Xgamma2(XG2D),Xgamma3(XG3D)فضلا عن ذلك تمت المقارنة مع توزيعين معروفين هما توزيع لندلي بمعلمة واحدة LD(θ)والتوزيع الاسي EXP(θ)باستخدام أربع طرائق تقدير مختلفة هي (طريقة الإمكان الأعظم، طريقة العزوم، طريقة المقدرات التجزيئية، طريقة بيز القياسية).وتكون أهمية هذا البحث في اقتراح توزيع جديد يقوم بتقدير دالة البقاء بشكل اكثر دقة عن طريق تقليل الخطأ بين الحقيقي والمقدر.أظهرت نتائج تجارب المحاكاة وتحليل البيانات الحقيقية ان طريقة بيز القياسية هي الطريقة الأفضل لتقدير دالة البقاء باستخدام التوزيع المقترح XG1Dللمرضى المصابين بمرض كوفيد-19في مدينة النجف الاشرف للمدة الزمنية المحددة في البحث.

The interest in studying the survival function is one of the important topics in the statistical analysis because it is directly related to the life of the human race, as it studies possibilities that concern the medical aspect, such as the possibility of a period of remission for a person with a certain disease until recovery or death, or the possibility of the continuation of the effect of anesthesia on a patient during surgeries and others.This thesis aims to study the survival function using the Xgamma (XG) distribution resulting from mixing the exponential distribution with the parameter (θ) with the gamma distribution with the scaling parameter (θ) and the parameter of Shape(3).In this research, the characteristics of the Xgamma distribution have been studied and used in calculating the survival function, and three forms of distribution have been suggested (Xgamma1(XG1D), Xgamma2(XG2D), Xgamma3 (XG3D). In addition, a comparison has been made with two well-known distributions, which are the Lendley distribution with one parameter (LD). θ) and the exponential distribution EXP(θ) using four different estimation methods (Maximum likelihood method, Moments method, Percentiles estimators method, standard Bayes method).The importance of this research is to propose a new distribution that estimates the survival function more accurately by reducing the error between the real and the estimated.The results of simulation experiments and analysis of real data showed that the standard Bayes method is the best method for estimating the survival function using the proposed distribution XG1D for patients with Covid-19 disease in the city of Najaf for the period of time specified in the research.
