The study aimed to monitor the availability of e-teaching competencies among faculty members at Tishreen University, and its relation with the trend towards this type of education, The study also aimed investigate the effect of variables(a kind of college, scientific degree, years of experience in teaching, and to follow training courses in the field of computer and internet) in the identify availability of both the adequacy of e-learning competencies (the culture of e-teaching, computer leadership, internet leadership, preparing lectures electronically) and detected sample attitudes towards e-teaching. The study sample consisted of (325) member an educational staff from various faculties of Tishreen university. To achieve the objectives of the study, researcher followed the descriptive approach, consisted the study of tools, the questionnaire own of e-teaching competencies and the measure of the trend toward e-teaching, As the interview was conducting with a sample of faculty members in order to get a real testimonials to support and enrich the study results. The study reached the following results:Competencies e-teaching available among members of the teaching staff medium degree.The trends of the teaching staff toward e-learning positive.The existence of a correlation between the degree availability of e-teaching competencies among teaching staff and their attitudes towards e-teaching.For investigate the effect variables of study, in the identify the availability degree of e-teaching competencies among sample study showed: There is a difference between the mean scores of the sample depending on the variable type of college, and in favor of scientific college in pivotal (lead computer, lead internet), and axis (the culture of e-teaching) the differences was in favor of the theoretical college, The results also showed differences in the availability of competencies depending on a variable years of experience in teaching in favor of an experienced (5-10 years), According to a variable scientific degree in favor of the rank of the teacher and teaching assistant, and for variable follow training courses was the difference in favor of follow courses in the field of computer and Internet.Regarding investigate the effect of variables of the study in the detection of the respondents' attitudes towards e-learning study found: There is a difference between the mean scores of the sample depending on the variable type of college and in favor of scientific colleges, and for a variable years of experience in teaching in favor of an experienced (5-10 years), depending on the variable scientific degree in favor the rank of the teacher and teaching assistant, and for a variable, follow training courses the difference was in favor of follow courses.
