تقويم أداء مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية في كليات التربية الأَساسية في ضوء مهارات التفكير التنسيقي

الملخص

اجري البحث الحالي في كلية التربية الأساسية / جامعة بابل ، و هدف تقويم أداء مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية في كليات التربية الأساسية في ضوء مهارات التفكير التنسيقي ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث صاغت الباحثة الأسئلة الآتية : 1- ما مهارات التفكير التنسيقي اللازمة لمطبقي قسم اللغة العربية في كليات التربية الأساسية ؟ 2- ما مستوى أداء مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية في كليات التربية الأساسية في ضوء مهارات التفكير التنسيقي ؟ وحددت الباحثة دراستها على : - مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية في كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة بابل - العام الدراسي ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢ - المادة / مقرر التطبيق اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في منهجية البحث واجراءاته ، بلغ مجتمع البحث (١٨٦) مطبقاً ومطبقة واختارت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة عينة البحث البالغ عددها (٦١) مطبقا ومطبقة الذين يمثلوا نسبة (32,795٪) من المجتمع الأصلي موزعين على (٤٥) مدرسة. اعدت الباحثة أداة البحث وهي ( استمارة الملاحظة ) المتضمنة مهارات التفكير التنسيقي ، بعد ان اطلعت على الادبيات والدراسات السابقة تضمنت (٣٠) مهارة من مهارات التفكير التنسيقي ثم عرضتها على مجموعة من المحكمين في مجال اللغة العربية وطرائق تدريسها ، ومناهج وطرائق التدريس العامة ، وقد بقيت (٣٠) مهارة ثم وصفت هذه المهارات اجرائيا ب (٩٠) توصيفا، ووضعت لكل مهارة (٣) بدائل (متوافر، متوافر لحد ما ، غير متوافر) وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث لمدة ٧ أسابيع ، ثم عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية ، كمعامل ارتباط بيرسون ، ومربع كاي (كا2) ، والوسط المرجح ، والوزن المئوي ، والانحراف المعياري. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج الأتية : 1- ان المهارات التي حصلت على مستوى (متوافر) بلغت (٢٠) مهارة. 2- ان المهارات التي حصلت على مستوى (متوافر لحد ما) بلغت مهارتين . 3- ان المهارات التي حصلت على مستوى (غير متوافر) بلغت (٨) مهارة . وبناءً على النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة استنتجت الباحثة ما يأتي : 1- ان مهارات التفكير التنسيقي لقسم اللغة العربية بحسب استمارة الملاحظة التي حصلت على مستوى (متوافر) بلغت (٢٠) مهارة ومستوى( متوافر لحد ما ) بلغت مهارتين ومستوى (غير متوافر) بلغت (٨) مهارة . 2- أظهرت الدراسة ان أداء مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية كان إيجابيا بشكل عام . 3- نال التطبيق العملي اهتماما من لدن الطلبة المطبقين . وأوصت الباحثة توصيات عدة منها : 1- ضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد المطبقين وتطويرهم من طريق اقامة دورات تدريبية او مؤتمرات او تكليف المطبقين بكتابة بحوث او تقارير بعد الانتهاء من مدة التطبيق العملي لمناقشة الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجههم في اثناء مدة التطبيق من اجل دراستها والعمل على تذليلها وتقديم الحلول الملائمة لها. 2- اطلاع مطبقي قسم اللغة العربية على مهارات التفكير التنسيقي وذلك للإفادة منها في تقويم أدائهم ذاتيا.

ترجمة الملخص

This research was conducted in the College of Basic Education / University of Babylon and aims to evaluate the performance of the applicators of the Arabic Language Department in the faculties of Basic Education in the light of coordination thinking skills. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher formulated the following questions: 1- What are the coordination thinking skills needed for the applicators of the Arabic Language Department in the faculties of Basic Education? 2- What is the performance level of the applicators of the Arabic Language Department in the faculties of Basic Education in light of coordination thinking skills? The researcher determined her study on: 1- Applicants of the Arabic Language Department at the College of Basic Education at the University of Babylon. 2- Academic year 2021–2022. 3- Article / application decision. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in the research methodology and procedures. The research community reached (186) applied and chose by simple random method the research sample of (61) applied, who represent the percentage (41.78%) of the original community distributed over (45) schools. The researcher prepared the research tool (observation form) that includes coordination thinking skills, after reviewing the literature and previous studies, which included (30) skills of coordination thinking, and then presented them to a group of arbitrators in the field of Arabic language and its teaching methods, and general curricula and teaching methods. With their opinions, the number of coordination thinking skills became (30), then these skills were procedurally described as (90) descriptions, and for each skill (3) alternatives were developed (available, available to some extent, not available), and after checking their validity and stability, they were applied to the research sample for a period of 7 weeks, then the data were treated statistically using statistical methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, chi-square (K2), weighted mean, percentile weight, standard deviation, and the study reached the following results: 1- The skills obtained at the level of (available) amounted to (20) skills. 2- The skills that got to a level (available to some extent) amounted to (2) skills. 3- The skills that got a level (not available) amounted to (8) skills. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded the following: 1- The coordination thinking skills of the Arabic Language Department, according to the observation form, which obtained at the level of (available) amounted to (20) skills, and (available to some extent) reached (2) skills, and the level of (not available) reached (8) skills. 2- The study showed that the performance of the implementers of the Arabic Language Department was generally positive. 3- The practical application has received attention from the applied students. The researcher made several recommendations: 1- The necessity of paying attention to the preparation and development of the implementers by holding training courses or conferences or assigning the implementers to write research or reports after the completion of the practical application period to discuss the difficulties and problems they face during the application period in order to study them and work to overcome them and provide appropriate solutions to them. 2- Informing the applicators...
