الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء عين الباشا وعلاقته بتحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة على الابتكار، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة في مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء عين الباشا،استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة، وأُستخرج لها دلالات الصدق والثبات. أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالسؤال الأول بأن واقع أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء عين الباشا لتحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة على الابتكار من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الأداة، كما أظهرت نتائج السؤال الثاني عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (a<0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس ولأثر المؤهل العلمي ولأثر سنوات الخدمة في استجابات أفراد الدراسة لواقع أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء عين الباشا لتحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة على الابتكار. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها: توفير مجموعة من التسهيلات المادية والمعنوية في البيئة المدرسية، التي مـن شأنها تحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة للابتكار لدى المعلمين والمتعلمين، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول تحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة للابتكار وآلية تطبيقها في مديريات التربية والتعليم في مناطق أخرى، ومقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج الدراسة الحالية.

ترجمة الملخص

The study aimed to identify the development of the performance of public school principals in the Ain al-Basha district and its relationship to improving the educational environment that stimulates innovation. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers in the Directorate of Education in the Ain al-Basha district. From (35) paragraphs, the indications of truth and reliability were extracted from it. The results related to the first question showed that the reality of the performance of public school principals in the Ain Al-Basha district to improve the educational environment that stimulates innovation from the teachers’ point of view was high on all areas of the tool, and the results of the second question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (a <0.05) due to the effect of Gender and the impact of academic qualification on the reality of public school principals' performance in Ain al-Basha district to improve the educational environment that stimulates innovation from the teachers' point of view. The study recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: providing a set of material and moral facilities in the school environment, which would improve the educational environment that stimulates innovation among teachers and learners, and conducting more studies on improving the educational environment that stimulates innovation and the mechanism of its application in the directorates of education in other regions, and compare its results with the results of the current study.
