The study aimed at detecting the differences between those with learning disabilities and ordinary ones Male and female primary school students in cognitive processes (perceptual speed -working memory) And non-cognitive processes (self-esteem -Achievement motivation). The study sample consisted of (152) students in the third and fourth grades of the primary school of Sheikh Zayed Official Language, And the Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Official Language School affiliated to the 6th October Educational Administration of the Directorate of Education in Giza Governorate, Egypt in the academic year 2014-2015) They are between 9-11 years old. The study adopted data collection on the following tools: IQ scale illustrator (numbers / Ahmed Zaki Saleh), Battery Diagnostic Assessment Metrics for Learning Disabilities (Prepared by Fathi El Zayat 2007) Battery of cognitive tests global (cognitive speed factor) (Arabization and preparation of Anwar Mohammed Cherkaoui and Suleiman shoots and Nadia Mohamed Abdel Salam 1993) , The battery of universal cognitive tests (extent of memory) (Arabization and preparation of Anwar Mohammed Al-Sharqawi and Walid Kamal Al-Kafas, 2003 ) List of Self Esteem for Children (Abdullatif Mohammed Khalifa, 2007), Motivation Scale for Children and Adolescents (Amani Abdel Maksoud, 2006) ,Socio-economic scale scale (researcher's preparation). Using the non-parametric statistical methods Mann-Whitney and Parametric test "T" test, the following results were obtained: 1 -There are statistically significant differences between ordinary males and males with learning disabilities, ordinary girls,girls with learning disabilities, ordinary students, and students with learning difficulties in cognitive processes (cognitive speed, working memory) and non-cognitive (self-esteem, motivation for achievement). 2-There are no statistically significant differences between ordinary and normal males and males with learning disabilities and learning disabilities in cognitive processes (cognitive speed -working memory except for an auditory scale, there are differences between ordinary males and females. ‌3-There are no statistically significant differences between ordinary and regular males and males with learning disabilities and learning disabilities in non-cognitive processes (self-esteem-motivation for achievement).
