الملخص

Cette étude concerne la mise en place d’une stratégie d’usinage des surfaces gauches. Le travail commence par une description de courbes et des surfaces (carreaux) gauches (Bézier, B-Spline et NURBS). Une description des MOCN et des logiciel CFAO qui permettent de fabriquer ces surfaces complexes est présentée. Des exemples de générations de trajectoires d’outil et simulation d’usinage qui illustrent la mise en place de notre stratégie d’usinage sont réalisés avec le logiciel GibbsCAM

This study concerns the implementation of a strategy for machining left surfaces. The work begins with a description of left curves and surfaces (squares) (Bézier, B-Spline and NURBS). A description of the CNC machine tool and the CAD/CAM software which make it possible to manufacture these complex surfaces is presented. Examples of generations of toolpaths and machining simulations that illustrate the implementation of our machining strategy are produced with GibbsCAM software.
