الملخص

L'insertion des prothèses amovibles influence la physiologie orale et crée souvent un nouvelécosystème buccal. Cette modification est à l'origine de la formation, à la surface desappareils, d'un biofiim microbien, de structure et de composition complexe, qui induit uncertain nombre de pathologies s'il n'est pas ou mal éliminé. Sur les 15 plaques étudiées, unelarge gamme de bactéries, à Gram positif et à Gram négatif, potentiellement pathogènes a ététrouvée En étudiant leur capacité à former le biofiim S.epidermidis et pseudomonasaeruginosa ont montré une forte adhésion sur les morceaux de résine et surmicroplaque. L'hygiène buccale et le choix du moyen de nettoyage est très intéressant pour ladiminution du taux de colonisation des bactéries et donc pour diminuer les infectionsorthodontique.Mots clés.
