الملخص

Les polyphénols sont des molécules organiques présentes dans de nombreux légumes et fruits qui ont la réputation d’avoir des effets bénéfiques sur la santé.Leurs propriétés d’antioxydantnaturel expliquent leur utilisation dans le traitement de nombreusespathologies.Leprésent travaila pour objectif dedéterminer la teneur en polyphénols de sept variétés de dattes cultivées dans la région d’Adrar: Mes’udia, Ferrana, Tinakor,Hmira(hamra), Tinacer, Takarbuchtet Deglet Talmine et d’évaluer la capacitéanti-oxydante des extraits polyphénoliques.Les polyphénols ont été extraits par macération du matériel biologique végétal dans un mélange méthanol/acétone/eau (7/7/6: V/V/V). A partir de l’extrait brut, les polyphénols totaux et les flavonoïdes ont été dosés. Le pouvoir antioxydant a été évalué par la méthode de DPPH. Nos résultats montrent que les variétés étudiées ont une teneur en polyphénols de 96.58 à 203.91mg EAG/100g. MS)et une teneur en flavonoïdes de 62.71 à173.94 mg EC/100g. MS.Le pouvoir antioxydant des polyphénolsde certains extraits, comme celui de la variété Takarbucht, avec EC50égale 0.21 mg/ml,estcomparable à celui exercé par les antioxydants de référence utilisés: Vitamine C et acide gallique

Polyphenols are organic molecules, found in many vegetables and fruits, which are known to have beneficial effects on health. Their natural antioxidant properties explain their use in the treatment of many diseases. The present study is devoted to assess the polyphenol content of seven varieties of dates grown in the region of Adrar: Mes'udia, Ferrana, Tinakor, Hmira (Hamra) Tinacer, Takarbucht, and Deglet Talmine then, to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of polyphenol extracts. Polyphenols were extracted by maceration of the biological material in methanol / acetone / water (7/7/6: V/V /V). From the crude extract, the total polyphenols and flavonoids were measured. The antioxidant capacity was evaluated by DPPH method. Our results show that these varieties have polyphenols content ranging from 96.58 to 203.91mg GAE / 100 g DM. Flavonoids content is ranging from 62.71 to 173.94 mg CE/ 100 DM. The antioxidant power of some extracts, such as the variety Takarbucht, with IC50 equals to 0.21 mg/ml, is compared with standards used (vitamin C and Gallic acid).
