ترجمة الملخص

The thesis aims at studying the type of sociometric relations which exist in some Factories in Mosul , So that workers are divided up into two categories according to their Mutual choices . Such categories are a category composed of a united group members , and the other which is Composed of isolated members . One of the objectives of the study is to sort-out the problems of the isolates so they could be combined with the united group . The united group is a solidified group which is composed of a star and cooperated members . Such a group is effective in its work and capable of achieving its major goals . Thus the major importance of the research falls in the fact that it indicates the cooperated workers , so that they could work together as a whole and simultaneously it singles out the troublesome and isolated workers , so that they could be reformed and will not affect badly the good and harmonious workers . This is done through recommendations and cures which aim at reforming the trouble – making workers , and allowing the good workers to work together as a united team . The thesis employs the interactional theory which expounds the type of interaction which exists among workers united and disunited . It employs also a research methodology which gathers , classify analyse and theorize the information in the thesis . As for the contents of the thesis , it has eight chapters which and linked together in a logical fashion . Chapter one studies the technical terms and concepts used in the thesis , where as chapter two deals with the previous literature written on the subject of the thesis . Chapter three tackles the informal organization in industry and sociometric relations . As for chapter four it deals with the theoretical and methodological background of the research . Chapter five studies the basic data of sample units , such data consists of social , economic , and educational data . As for chapter six it is concerned with the results of analyzing sociometric relations based on sociogram . Chapter seven encompasses the results of analyzing sociometric relations based on data – matrix . As for chapter eight it contains the final results of the sociometric relations in industry and the recommendations and cures which vitalize relations in groups working industry .
