الملخص
La veille stratégique est une activité clé dans le processus de définition de la stratégie et d’innovation. Orientée vers l’obtention d’informations sur l’évolution de l’environnement, elle permet la dynamisation de l’innovation en lui apportant des connaissances externes à l’entreprise et l’interpellant sur ses offres comme ses modes de fonctionnement. Pour mettre en place une veille stratégique, il est nécessaire de déployer un dispositif dédié, reposant sur des professionnels en charge de collecter, traiter, analyser et diffuser des informations à valeur ajoutée pour l’entreprise, issues de sources humaines ou électroniques. C’est dans cette optique que s’inscrit notre projet de fin d’études qui a pour ambition de mettre en place un système de veille stratégique et innovation au sein de l’entreprise SBM
