ترجمة الملخص

The present study dealt with the role of school sports in selecting sports talents and their impact on achieving results in competitions. This study aims to:-Check the role played by school sports in selecting sports talent.-To highlight the importance of selecting early sports talent in achieving results.-In a sample of 20 professors in the secondary stage. We have developed the following hypotheses:-School sports have a role in selecting sports talent.-Early selection affects results during competitions.In this research we have adopted the following tools:The questionnaire summarizes the statistical methods in the following: correlation coefficient, arithmetic mean and good match test. 2 The most important methods used when comparing a set of observed or completed results Obtained from a real experiment, with a set of hypothesized data that was developed on the basis of the hypothesis theory to be tested. The following results were obtained from:-There is an urgent need to find alternatives such as the existence of a costly role of organizing activities for the promotion of because the school environment does not support the outstanding and can not be identified originally through the lesson of physical education and sports.-There is the possibility that sometimes the discovery of some talents, but without the care or attention of the management or the guardians and soon lost that talent forgotten.-School sport with its current programs and with a lack of interest from all parties concerned, we will not reach it to the desired as long as this is the case.-School sport is the largest reservoir of talent, and can be achieved by the detection of the outstanding if they harnessed the full potential and must do so if we want to achieve positive results
