الملخص

L'objectif de cette étude est la suivie les différents processus bioécologiques et surtout lecycle de vie du puceron de tabac Nicotina TabacumL,(Braziline),aussi et de connaître leurs périodes de survie. Dans les conditions expérimentales de la région du Souf (station de Ghamra).Pour cette étude nous a permis d'isoler une plante de tabac ravagé par le puceron pendant le mois de mars jusqu'à avril dans les conditions expérimentales. Parmiune surveillance continue de l'espèce étudiée et, Pour approfondir l'étude de leur cycle de vie, nous mettons en boite isolé une plante de tabac ravagé par (presque 15 individus).Cette étude a permis de réalise que le cycle du Aulacorthum solani (Kaltenbach, 1843) subdivise sur trois phases : l'une est la phase de la ponte et l'éclosion (presque 8jour). Puis la deuxième phase où il y a les différents stades larvaire (L1; L2; L3; L4) la différenciation entre eux selon la forme morphologique (pendant 2 jours). Enfin, la troisième phase où il y a le stade adulte avec deux formes; ailes et aptère; (presque 4 jours).

The objective of this study is the followed the different bioecological processes and especially the life cycle of the tobacco aphid (Nicotina TabacumL.)(Braziline), also and to know their survival periods. In the experimental conditions of the Suf region (Ghamra station).For this study allowed us to isolate a tobacco plant ravaged by aphid during the month of March until April under experimental conditions.Among a continuous monitoring of the studied species and, to deepen the study of their life cycle, we put in isolated box a tobacco plant ravaged by (almost 15 individuals).This study made it possible to realize that the cycle of the (Aulacorthum solani)Kaltenbach, 1843),subdividesinto three phases: one is the phase of laying eggs and hatching (almost 8day). Then the second phase where there are the different larval stages (L1; L2; L3; L4) differentiation between them according to the morphological form(for 2 days). Finally, the third phase where there is the adult stage with two forms; wings and wingless; (almost 4 days).
