الملخص

Notre recherche à vis à déterminer les différents besoins de financement des entreprises à différents moments de leurs cycles de vie, Que ce soit dès leur création, ou plus tard, pour assurer leur croissance, développer de nouveaux projets ou autre activité la concernant.Dans cette optique, la politique financière doit donc être conçue simultanément aux objectifs stratégiques et à la structure organisationnelle de l’entreprise.L’étude des choix de financement concerne l’avant l’étude de rentabilité économique pour vérifier que la structure du bilan permet d’envisager une demande de crédit ou un appel de fonds aux actionnaires ; ainsi qu’après l’étude de rentabilité pour déterminer le choix du financement le mieux adapté et le moins coûteux pour l’entreprise : capitaux propres, emprunts auprès d’établissements de crédit ou recours au crédit-bail.

Our research aims to determine the different financing needs of companies at different times in their life cycles, whether from their creation, or later, to ensure their growth, develop new projects or other activity concerning them.With this in mind, the financial policy must therefore be designed simultaneously with the strategic objectives and organizational structure of the company.The study of the financing choices concerned must take place before the study of economic profitability to verify that the structure of the balance sheet makes it possible to consider a credit request or a call for funds from shareholders; as well as after the profitability study to determine the choice of the most suitable and least expensive financing for the company: equity, loans from credit institutions or recourse to leasing.
