الملخص

Afin d’étudier plusieurs aspects de l’élevage des petits ruminants, ovins et caprins, dans la wilaya de Djelfa, tels que l’alimentation, les systèmes d’élevage, la taille des exploitations, les principales races exploitées, certains paramètres de production et de reproduction et enfin pour connaitre l’épidémiologie de l’oestrose ovine et caprine, 30 questionnaires ont été adressés aux vétérinaires praticiens durant la saison chaude 2021. Le bâtiment d’élevage est de type traditionnel dans la majorité des élevages, les animaux sont nourris au fourrage et aux concentrés, certains élevages comptent jusqu’à 1000 têtes. L’oestrose sévit dans tous les élevages et touche environ 60% des élevages, les mouches adultes sont actives durant la saison chaude, à savoir de mars à septembre.

In order to study several aspects of the breeding of small ruminants, sheep and goats, in the province of Djelfa, such as food, breeding systems, size of farms, main breeds exploited, certain production parameters and reproduction and finally to know the epidemiology of ovine and goat oestrosis, 30 questionnaires were sent to practicing veterinarians during the hot season of 2021. The breeding building is of the traditional type in the majority of farms, the animals are fed on fodder and concentrates, some farms have up to 1000 heads. Estrosis is present in all farms and affects about 60% of farms,adult flies are active during the hot season, namely from March to September.
