Urogenital tuberculosis is still a problem of health not only in our country but in the whole world, especially with the pandemia of AIDS. The gravity of the attack lies in the risk of renal insufficiency and infertility. From 07-12-03 to the 13-03-2008, 32 suffering patients of urogenital tuberculosis were treated in our service of urology UHC Mohamed VI. The patient was left again into: 19 men (59, 3%) and 13 women (40, 6%) whose average age is 45, 5 years, with extreme energy of 25 to 70 years. The UIV showed a renal muteness in 25 % of the cases, an urétérohydronéphrose in 40% of the cases, a small bladder in 20 % of the cases, the renal function summer disturbed among 5 patients. The search for BK in the urines be positive in 3, 1 % of the cases. Histology was positive in 13 of the cases. All the patients were treated by antibacillaires according to the 9 months, with diagram 2SHRZ /7RH. Surgery be necessary in 93, 7%: nephrectomy 23, 3%, epididymectomy 30%, surgery of reconstitution in 20 % of the cases. The prevention of this affection rests on the generalization of vaccination BCG, the adequate treatment of the pulmonary tuberculosis and the early diagnosis of the urogenital attack.

La tuberculose urogénitale pose encore problème de santé non seulement dans notre pays mais dans le monde entier, surtout avec la pandémie de SIDA. La gravité de l’atteinte réside dans le risque d’insuffisance rénale et d’infertilité. De 07-12-03 au 13-03-2008, 32 patients souffrants de la tuberculose urogénitale ont été traités dans notre service d’urologie CHU Mohamed VI. Les patients se sont repartis en : 19 hommes (59,3%) et 13 femmes (40,6%), dont l’age moyen était de 45 ans et demi, avec des extrêmes de 25 et 70 ans. l’UIV a montré une mutité rénale dans 25 % des cas, une urétérohydronéphrose dans 40 % des cas, une petite vessie dans 20 % des cas. La fonction rénale été perturbé chez 5 patients. La recherche de BK dans les urines été positive dans 3,1% des cas, l’histologie été positive dans 13 cas. Tout les patients ont été mis sous antibacillaires selon le schéma de 9 mois 2SHRZ /7RH. La chirurgie été nécessaire dans 93,7% : néphrectomie 23,3%, épididymectomie 30%, la chirurgie de reconstitution dans 20% des cas. La prévention de cette affection repose sur la généralisation de la vaccination BCG, le traitement adéquat da la tuberculose pulmonaire et le diagnostic précoce de l’atteinte urogénitale.
