ترجمة الملخص

The study aimed at detecting the degree of application of the basic principles of government standards of Total Quality Management in Irbid / Bani Kinanah Province and its relationship with job satisfaction for teachers from their point of view, and the impact of variables (sex, educational qualification, experience). The study sample consisted of 270 teachers from government basic schools in Irbid / Bani Kinanah Province, for the academic year 2014/2015. The study used the questionnaire to measure the degree of implementation of the government the basic principles of the standards of Total Quality and its relationship with job satisfaction for teachers, have been confirmed the veracity of the tool and persistence. The study results showed that the degree of application of basic governmental school principals in Irbid / Bani Kinanah standards of total quality management in general came moderately; came of total quality management standards are all moderately, with the exception of the standard quality of the school's relationship with the community and the quality standard of financial resources were highly high, came in first place, "the quality of the school's relationship with the local community" highly standard, and came in last place, "the quality of buildings" moderately standard. And teacher satisfaction career in basic public schools in Bani Kinanah Department Irbid District from the point of view of teachers in general came moderately; came themes varying between low and high, and came up with recommendations including: work on the adoption of a system of rewards and material incentives, and organizing workshops for school administrators to improve their performance in dealing with the quality standards, and then suggested that further similar studies of this study to include public and private schools and the comparison between them, and a study for the detection of the most important factors that hinder the principals of the application of total quality principles in the educational process.
