Expression of α-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 In Prostate Cancer Among Sudanase Patients

الملخص

:This is descriptive cross sectional study carried out in Khartoum state hospitals (Military Hospital , Khartoum Teaching Hospital and National Center Laboratory ) during the period from April 2017 to September 2017.This study was aimed to demonstrate The expression of α-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 in Prostate biopsies. Forty samples from formalin fixed paraffin embedded blocks were collected, including twenty with benign prostatic hyperplasia and the other twenty were already diagnosed with adenocarcinoma applied by tissue micro array for immunohistochemical staining using alpha-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 as primary antibodies by polymer method. Statistical package for social science program was used to analyze the data frequencies, means and Chi square test were calculated. In our results found that 17 cases (85%) of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 18 cases (90%) of adenocarcinoma were over the Age 60. Our result show that 12 cases of 20 maliganant cases had G.S 4,5 and 6 each of them had 4 frequencies , 5 cases of 20 malignant cases had G.S 7 and 3 cases of 20 malignant cases with G.S 8. In our results we show that in benign prostatic hyperplasia 3 cases and 17 cases were positive in alpha-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 respectively. Also we found in adenocarcinoma 16 cases and 2 cases were positive in alpha-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 respectively. In significant correlation between Gleason score and expression of alpha-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 with significant level (.456 and .064) respectively.We conclude that immunohistochemistry is necessary to distinguish prostate cancer from benign mimickers, and we have to use alpha-Methyl Acyl-Co Enzyme A Racemase and P63 in combinations in routine diagnosis.الملخص:أجريت هذه الدراسة الوصفية المقطعية في مستشفيات ولاية الخرطوم (السلاح الطبي و مستشفى الخرطوم التعليمي والمعمل القومي المركزي ) خلال الفترة من ابريل 2017 إلى سبتمبر 2017. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثبات إفراز ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و(p63) في خزعات البروستاتا. تم جمع اربعون عينه من قالب شمع البرافين، عشرون منها كانت تضخم البرستاتا الحميد وعشرون أخرى تم تشخيصها مسبقا بسرطان الغده, طبقنا عليها مجموعه صغيره للتلطيخ المناعي باستخدام ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و(p63) كأجسام مضاده أولية عن طريق أسلوب البوليمر . تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية بتحليل ترددات البيانات وحساب مربع كاي في النتائج ، وجدنا أن 17حاله (85%) من تضخم البروستات الحميد و 18حاله (90%) من سرطان الغده كانت فوق سن ال 60 ، كما وجدنا أن 12حاله من 20 عينه كانت لديها درجة غليسون 4,5,6 كل واحد منهم لديه 4 تردد وكان 5 حالات من 20 عينه لديها درجة غليسون 7 و3 حالات من 20 عينه لديها درجة غليسون 8 . وتبين لنا أن في تضخم البروستاتا الحميد 3 حالات و 17 حاله كانت إيجابية في ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و (p63) على التوالي . كما وجدنا في سرطان الغده 16 حاله وحالتين كانت إيجابيه في ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و (p63) على التوالي. لا يوجد إرتباط بين درجة غليسون وإفراز في ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و (p63) مع مستوى معنوية( .064, 456.) على التوالي. ونستنتج أن كيمياء المناعة النسيجية ضروريه للتميز بين سرطان غدة البروستاتا من الحميد المشابه لها, ويجب أن نستخدم ألفا ميثيل راسيماز الانزيم المشارك الأصيل و (p63) كمجموعة في التشخيص الروتيني.
