This study aimed to know the impact of applying the principles of total quality management (continuous improvement, support and backing of senior management, employee participation) in achieving job satisfaction for employees of Aphamea Pharmaceutical Industries. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is an acceptable level of application of the principles of total quality management in Aphamea company according to its dimensions taken in the study, and there is an acceptable level of job satisfaction among the employees of the company, in addition to that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of Significance (...5) for the participation of workers in job satisfaction among the employees of AphameaPharmaceutical Industries, and it is considered the most influential principle in job satisfaction for workers in Aphamea company according to the study, and to a lesser extent continuous improvement, followed by the support of senior management, and it was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the trends of the sample members About job satisfaction due to demographic variables. The study made a number of recommendations, including: to benefit from the application of the principles of total quality management, and to work on applying other dimensions that were not included in the study in order to enhance job satisfaction among workers in Aphamea, and to benefit from the significant impact of the participation of workers in job satisfaction, which contributes to raising the level of work. And obtain satisfactory results for both the company and the employees.
