L'étude vise à mettre en évidence les compétences professionnelles importantes et de base dans le domaine de l'entraînement sportif, qui doivent être disponibles chez l'entraîneur pour élever le niveau de performance des joueurs de football, étant donné que le processus pour atteindre les plus hauts niveaux et atteindre les podiums du sacre ne vient pas par hasard ou par des méthodes aléatoires, mais en tenant compte de ces compétences et de leur impact. Sur la performance des joueurs, il vise également à montrer la véritable image de la personnalité de l’entraîneur à succès, et pour cela nous avons mené notre étude sur les entraîneurs ayant plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans l’entraînement de football pour chacun des états de l’Ain Timuchent qui ont suivi cette approche descriptive en distribuant les questionnaires contenant 15 questions réparties en 3 axes basés sur des phrases qui alimentent le but des hypothèses Nous avons mené notre recherche sur un échantillon de 15 entraîneurs de football de la communauté de recherche, qui ont été sélectionnés au hasard. Au final, les résultats de l'étude ont permis de valider les hypothèses proposées et d'importantes compétences professionnelles dans ledomaine .de la formation ont été identifiées. he study aims to highlight the important and basic professional competencies in the field of sports training, which must be available in the coach to raise the level of performance of football players, given that the process of reaching the highest levels and reaching the coronation podiums does not come by chance or by random methods, but by taking into account these competencies and their impact. On the players' performance, it also aims to show the true image of the successful coach’s personality, and for this we conducted our study on coaches with more than 10 years of experience in football training for each of the states of Ain Timuchent who followed this descriptive approach by distributing the questionnaire forms containing 15 questions divided into 3 axes based on phrases that feed into the purpose of the hypotheses. We conducted our research on a sample of 15 soccer coaches from the research community, who were randomly selected. Finally, the results of the study resulted in the validity of the proposed hypotheses, and important professional competencies in the field of training were identified.
