The Strikes became a usual manifestation, and this make an obligation to search about the Legitimacyof these Strikes. • This Research is concentrating on three kinds of Strikes: Food strike, Labor strike, General strike.• The Sharia scholars had three opinions, about the Legitimacy of Food strike;this researchconcludedthat Food strike is allowed with the condition that it won't lead to Death.• The Sharia scholars had tow opinions, about the Legitimacy of Labor strike; this research concluded that Labor strike is allowed with certain conditions.• The Sharia scholars had tow opinions, about the Legitimacy of General strike; this research concluded that General strike is not allowed.• Because of the similarities between General Strike and Civil disobedience, Civil disobedience was defined, and differentiation between both has been made.• The research was endedwith some Recomendations.
