Life-skills education has recently become a slogan advocated by advanced educational systems in the world, and since the first years of a child's life is the most important accurate and serious stages in his life throughout the agreement educators, so that what is acquired by a child runs with it and affected by it in the rest of his life , so childhood is the golden stage to learn the knowledge and life skills that are vital for a child and dealing enough with others, and to configure a positive for the same concept, and where life skills are formed as a result of the child to experience life in the community, And kindergarten is educational institution that acquires through which the child's knowledge, experience and skills, so it should work on the preparation of the child to be a positive element in building an active community, as well as training to practice life skills that qualify him for success and excellence in his life .Hence, it was necessary to search for a suitable way for the development of life skills in children, and so that active learning strategies have proven their effectiveness and success in teaching, especially with children from an early age, it is a child-centered (its characteristics, abilities, interests), and believes in him enough and diverse choices and activities to choose from what suits him a number, in addition to the active learning the child is a partner in the learning process while the role of the teacher directed and facilitator of the learning process, thus acquiring diverse life skills to be more interested in the part of the child, if they gave him according to one of the strategies .The problem of the study the research problem have been identified from:1.The results of the survey, which pointed to shortcomings in the preparation of teachers in line with modern theories of learning and their defiecint of applicatie methods that do educational role of the child and their need for training them.2.The results of previous studies, which took place in the kindergarten Syria Square (Sasila 2002, Aweys, 2009, Banna2011, Remo 2013), all of which stressed the importance of and the need to train kindergarten teachers during service.3.Complement of the effort researcher at the Masters stage where prepared a program to develop some life skills for kindergarten children on the basis of some active learning strategies and noted the apparent lack of the parameters to apply these strategies and the need to train them, in addition to the weakness of their experience in the development of life skills in children and that he claimed to researcher to choose the subject.4.Consistent with the educational development plans and directions of the Ministry of Education to develop a curriculum in kindergarten to move from the theoretical framework applied to the existing framework of there habilitation and training of kindergarten parameters on the use of effective strategies in education I643So the current study can be determined by the study a problem with the question: what is the effectiveness of a training program for teachers of kindergarten prepared in accordance with the active learning strategies in developing some life skills for kindergarten child ?Importance of the study: The importance of this study:important aspects in which its impact on both the child and the teacher and the educational process that are (teacher training, active learning strategies, life skills).Relative modernity of the subject matter on the one hand and the lack of Syrian library (within the limits of science researcher) for this type of research on the other hand, where the studies were limited to testing the effectiveness of some of the strategies and educational methods on the kindergarten child without turning to train kindergarten teachers on the application and implementation of these strategies in the Life Skills Development he have.Designing a training program for teachers of kindergarten on the implementation of active learning strategies in the activity rooms on the one hand, and how to develop life skills in children using these strategies on the other.The possibility of using the training program designed as a guide to teach life skills for kindergarten teachersDraw the attention of the authors of the curriculum to take advantage of their results in the re-design of educational programs in the kindergarten stage for the integration of life-skills curriculum in kindergarten and the introduction of innovative activities elevate the level of life skills in children. Objectives of the study: The objectives of this studyDesigning a training program for teachers of kindergarten prepared in accordance with the active learning strategies (cooperative learning, role-playing, brainstorming) to develope some of the life skills (mental skills-skills socio skills Alamlah-environmental skills) for the children of the kindergarten stage.Measure the effectiveness of the training program in acquiring kindergarten teachers how to use active learning strategies.Verify the effectiveness of the program in the developing the earlier referenced Life skills in children.Measure the effectiveness of the training program in the keep for each the teachers and kindergarten children.Provide a number of proposals and recommendations for development the reality of the development of life skills in kindergarten and teacher training stage according to active learning strategies to achieve it .The results of the study the following are the findings of the these results:1.The effectiveness of the training program in improving the performance of kindergarten teachers in the experimental group, both on the achievement test or on a note card through compared their results before and after the I643application of the program, as well as comparing their results with the results of the control group teachers.2.Existence of differences depending on the variable qualification teachers for the teachers of educational qualification parameters "a university degree and above", while there were no differences between them with respect to a variable and years of experience.3.Differences existence between scores of the collection of experimental teachers in the two applications post and the postpone test in favor of the dimensional application, and no differences for the control group.4.The effectiveness of the training program by comparing the results of the children of the experimental group to test skills in the two applications pre and post, as well as comparing the results of the experimental and control groups, which confirms that the activities included in the program contributed to the development of life skills in children.5.No statistically significant differences between the children of the experimental group (male/female) in the post application on the total score to test life skills, with some small differences on some dimensions in the test.6.Existence of a statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the children in the experimental group two applications posttest and postponed test deferred to life-skills test for the dimensional application. In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended the following:Include kindergarten curriculum of activities that develop Life skills functionally and naturally with taking care in to the balance between what is offered from these skills and concepts other. Hold training courses for kindergarten teachers in-service training on how to deal with life skills planning, implementation and assessment and then use activities develop life skills.Preparing evidence for the teachers that describes how to use active learning in life skills development .As a complement to this study, the researcher suggested:Conduct a survey of the most important acquired life skills by children in kindergarten. Conduct further studies on the effectiveness of other teaching strategies of active learning, both in life skills or other aspects of the kindergarten child development. Conduct a comparative study of the impact of the use of both strategy (role-playing games, cooperative learning, brainstorming) in the development of life skills in children in kindergarten.
