الملخص

Rester leader sur le marché n’est pas forcément la position la plus aisé, l’entreprise Célia l’un des protagonistes mondiaux à lancé un programme stratégique pour certifier toute les filiales du groupe qui se localise un peu partout dans le monde, cette politique a pour but de garder sa position sur le marcher et être analogue à l’écoute de ces clients. Ce travail s’est déroulé dans l’industrie algérienne (LACTALIS. Célia) afin de contribuer à la mise en place d’un système de management de la qualité ISO 9001 version 2015. A cet effet, j’ai abordé le problème de la mise en place de la documentation dans l’entreprise qui est exigé par cette norme. Toutefois, que le système de management de qualité est un travail de long souffle qui demande un investissement en effort et en temps de la direction de l’entreprise ainsi qu’une forte application et expérimentation du personnel Ainsi j’ai établi un plan d’action qui a pour but de cibler le contrôle des informations documentées lesquelles sont très nécessaires dans l’opération audit Le but de ces audits est de :Vérifier la conformité aux exigences du référentiel ISO 9001 version 2015Vérifier la conformité par rapport aux exigences interne du groupe Célia

Remaining leader on the market is not necessarily the easiest position, the company Céliaone of the world protagonists has launched a strategic program to certify all the subsidiaries of the group which is located all over the world, this policy aims to keep its position on the market and be analogous to listening to these customers. This work took place in the Algerian industry (Lactalis.Célia) in order to contribute to the establishment of an ISO 9001 version 2015 quality management system. To this end, I addressed the problem of establishment of the documentation in the company which is required by this standard. However, that the quality management system is a long process which requires an investment of effort and time from the management of the company as well as a strong application and experimentation of the staff. So I established an action plan which aims to target the control of documented information which is very necessary in the audit operation. The purpose of these audits is to:Check compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 version 2015 reference system Check compliance with the internal requirements of the Célia group
