الملخص

La réduction des consommations énergétiques est un défi majeur de notre temps et le secteur du bâtiment est le plus grand consommateur d’énergie. Un grand intérêt s’est manifesté pour améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments résidentiels. Ce mémoire présente une étude dont but est d’améliorer la performance énergétique du secteur résidentiel dans les régions arides(TOUGGOURT), qui a connu une extension urbaine dynamique et une négligence d’application du règlement thermiques. Dans ce cadre, il s’agit de proposer des solutions passives, comme l’isolation, et la ventilation nocturne, et les comparer par le bâtiment de référence en utilisant une simulation dynamique sou spliéade+comfie 2.3 S’avère donc nécessaire de réduire l’impact économique et environnemental en promouvant d'examiner le comportement thermique des bâtiments et évaluer, sous l'angle de la performance énergétique, des solutions permettant de concilier une amélioration du confort thermique et réduire les consommations d’énergies.

Reducing energy consumption is a major challenge of our time and the building sector is the biggest consumer of energy. There has been great interest in improving the energy performance of residential buildings. These presents research for the purpose of improving the energy performance of the residential sector in arid regions (TOUGGOURT), which has experienced dynamic urban expansion and neglect of thermal regulation enforcement. In this context, it is a question of proposing passive solutions, such as insulation, and night ventilation, and comparing them by the reference building using a dynamic simulation under pliéade + comfie 2.3 It is therefore necessary to reduce the economic and environmental impact by promoting the examination of the thermal behavior of buildings and evaluating, from the point of view of energy performance, solutions making it possible to reconcile a improving thermal comfort and reducing energy consumption.
