الملخص

Domaine de la construction est en évolution permanant, cependant les chercheurs du domaine tentent toujours à évolue des nouveaux concepts de la construction et répondre aux exigences de résistance vis-à-vis le séisme qui est l’un des problèmes major qui cause des dégâts (ruines) pour la construction.Le projet qui nous a été confié dans le cadre de projet fin d’étude (étude génie civil) est l’étude d’un bâtiment R+8 avec un sous-sol et une galerie commercial. Ce projet a usage multiple a été étudié soigneusement, dimensionner et ferrailler selon les règle mise en vigueur tout en respectant les deux critères de résistance et d’économie.
