الملخص

Les convertisseurs statiques sont aujourd'hui très largement utilisés dans diverses applications. cependant, l'avenacée des procédés technologique dans la conception des nouveaux composants tels que les MOSFET et les IGBT augmentent les niveaux d’émission conduites et rayonnées. La présentation de la CEM en électroniques de puissance est présentée au début du mémoire. Dans ce travaille l'étude est basé sur la modélisation fréquentielle et temporelle pour l’illustration des pertes électromagnétiques générés par un hacheur élévateur BOOST. Cette méthode est ensuite utilisée pour déterminer les perturbations électromagnétiques conduites par la commutation du MOSFET et en joutant des filtres à base des connectiques, finalement nous validons les résultats des spectres par des simulations en utilisant le logiciel LTSPICE

Static converters are now widely used in various applications. However, advances in technological processes in the design of new components such as MOSFETs and IGBTs increase the levels of conducted and radiated emissions. The presentation of the EMC in power electronics is presented at the beginning of the memory. In this work, the study is based on frequency and temporally to illustrate the electromagnetic losses generated by a BOOST step-up chopper, This method is then used to determine the electromagnetic disturbances conducted by the switching of the MOSFET and by adding filters based on the connectors, finally we validate the results of the spectra by simulations using the LTSPICE software.
