الملخص

واقع العمارة في السودان يحكي عن و جود مشاكل بصرية وبيئية تسببت فيها الطريقة العشوائية المتبعةفي التركيبات الخدمية للمباني"أجهزة التكييف والتركيبات الصحية ....الخ" وخاصة المباني متعددة الطوابق .ثيرة علي &###1048695; لذلك كان لابد من تسليط الض وء علي هذا الجانب تحت إيطار الإبداع الإنشائي في العمارة و مدىهذة الخدمات و ما هي الحلول التي يمكن ان نتستخلصها من هذة الاطروحة .دف هذة الاطروحة الي التعرف علي العلاقة التكاملية بين التصميم الإنشائي و التصميم &###1048700; لذلكالمعماري و خدمات المبنى الأساسية و قد تم توضيح هذة العلاقة عن طريق دراسة مشاريع عالمية و محلية تملخدمات . وايضا من هذة الأهداف دراسة معايير &###1048670; التركيز فيها علي الجوانب الإنشائية و المعمارية وما يتعلقت الإستمرارية الإنشائية و الاساليب الانشائية الحديثة في العمارة و &###1048704; الإبداع الإنشائي و التعرف علي نظرالهياكل الإنشائية العملاقة وكل هذا تم تسليط الض وء علية في الفصل الثالث داخل الإطار النظري , وايضاالتعرف علي هذة الخدمات وقد تم التركيز علي "انظمة تكييف الهواء – التركيبات الصحية – الصوتيات" لما لهااثر كبير علي المباني في شكلها الداخلي والخارجي .انتهجت هذة الاطروحة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و ذلك من خلال الإطلاع علي الكتب و الشبكةCentre العنكبوتية و دراسة حالة لبعض المشاريع العالمية في الفصل الخامس " مركز بومبيدو للفنون بباريسبرج خليفة " -Stansted Airport مطار ستانسيد -National Dart De Culture PompidouGreater و دراسة لمشاريع محلية داخل ولاية الخرطوم " برج شركة النيل الكبرى للبترول . "Burj Khalifaوكلية الهندسة جامعة امدرمان الاسلامية " Nile Petroleum Company Headquarters buildingو استقراء الرأى المهني والهندسي من خلال الإستبيان الذي تم توزيعة و تحليلة في الفصل السادس و الخروجلمسائل &###1048670; ن كل النتائج من خلال طرح الأسئلة تدور حول لابد للمعماري أن يُلم &###1048745; بنتائج في هذا الفصللانسان و يساعدة في ذلك كل من &###1048670; الإنشائية والخدمية حتي يتمكن إخراج مبنى يتكامل مع البئية المحيطةالمختصيين في مجال الإنشاء و مجال الميكانيكا و المختصيين في التركيبات الصحية .و اخ يرًا خلصت هذة الاطروحة في الفصل السابع الي انة لابد علي المعماري ان يكون علي د راية كاملةلنواحي الإنشائية الحديثة التي تمكنة من الإبداع الإنشائي في العمارة و التطورات الحديثة في مجال &###1048670; وحس مرهفالخدمات , ومن هذة التطورات نظام ادارة المبنى الذكي الذي يساعد في سهولة التحكم في اغلاق و تشغيل وصيانة هذة الخدمات ويساعد علي استدامة المبنى

ترجمة الملخص

Nowadays, the current manifestation of Architecture in Sudan is facing major obstacleswhetheritisvisuallyorenvironmentally,duetoinappropriate approachesandcommonlyusedproceduresintheconstructionprocesswhich affect the way that essential services of a building is implemented, especially when it comes to Mega–projectsandmulti-floors buildings, where sort of substantial amount oftechnical servicesneededtobe done along with the building itself as well as air condition outlets, pluming and drainage shafts,.........etc. Therefore, this research highlightsthe reasonsbehindsuchphenomena, andsimultaneously paraphrases set ofdecentsolutionstoend upwithstructural creativityin implementation of building services.Furthermore,thisresearch aims to define the comprehensivecorrelationbetween the main components ofbuildingsconstructionprocess;the architectural design phase, thestructuraldesignphase andbuildingservices phasebyillustrating certain projects inside Sudan or abroad as case studies, with considerable emphasis on howtoactualizethearchitectural and structuralaspects within the process of buildingservicesimplementation. Anothergoalofresearchneededtobe addressed,which wasexplainedin literature review,is how to theorize specific criteria to approach the structural creativity by revealingcontemporary methods of construction and giant structures, with considerable focusing on prominent aspects thatwouldinfluencethe form of a building as well as airconditioningsystems, mechanical and pluming services and acoustics. Thisresearchusedadescriptiveand analyticalmethod in chapter 5, which was dedicatedtothe analysis ofcasestudy.ThosecaseswerePompidouCentre NationalDartDeCultureinParis, France;StanseadAirport; BurjKhalifain Dubai, United Arabs of Emirates; Greater Nile Petroleum Company Headquarter in Khartoum, Sudan and new campus of Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Omdurman IslamicUniversity, Sudan. WhileChapter 6dealswiththeanalysisofa questionnaire regarding to the investigation of the current practice of construction bytheeyesofpractioneer'spoints ofview,inorder to come up with reliable solutions on how to work collaboratively, as an architect, with otherexpertsand professions such asMPEsandstructuralengineerstogeneratebuildingsthat occupy at first its sufficient services properly, and then toadapt with its local-built surroundings which will enhance the sustainability of a building. VIFinally, theresearch aimsalsotolinkbetweentheoreticalknowledgeofthe architectural design withconstructiveconsiderationsinaccordancetomassive advancements of implementation building services,byexploringnewtools and methods that would revolutionize the way that buildings have always been maintained, and ontheotherhand,willpavetheway toenhance theoverall experience of a building as well as building information modeling(BIM)
