الملخص

L’utilisation de l’énergie cinétique du vent est en plein essor dans le monde. Les aérogénérateurs peuvent être installés pour générer de l’électricité, que ça soit pour un raccordement au réseau ou bien sur des sites isolés. Afin d’optimiser le potentiel énergétique de source éolienne, d’étudier l’intensité, la vitesse, et la direction des vents. Ainsi, nous argumenterons l’utilité les résultats de nos travaux pour l’extrapolation verticale de la vitesse du vent à différentes hauteurs à 10(m) et à(40 m), dans la région définie , pour la discussion de ces résultat , en utilisent un réseau de neurone formel(RNF).

ترجمة الملخص

The use of the kinetic energy of the wind is booming worldwide. Wind turbines can be installed to generate electricity, whether it is for a connection to the network or on isolated sites. To optimize the energy source wind potential, to study the intensity, the speed and direction of winds . Thus, we argue the utility using the results of our work for scaling vertical of the wind speed at different heights to 10 (m) and (40 m) in the defined area, for the discussion of these results, a formal neuron network (NWA).
