الملخص

دراسة مقارنة تنوع النباتي لثلاثة مناطق ) الفحول،سبع شيوخ و سيدي علي( في منطقة الرمشي ) ولاية تلمسان( أجريت بجرد أنواعالنباتات.قمنا بتحليل المعاييرالفزيو-كيميائية لثلاثة عينات من العسل المجموع.من خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها،نجد أن أنواع النباتاتالمحصات تتوزع ب 15 عائلة في منطقة الفحول و ب 12 عائلة في كل من منطقة سبع شيوخ و سيدي علي مع هيمنة كل من عائلاتالحمضيات والشفويات. يمكن أن نقول أن الخصائص الفزيو-كيميائية درجة الحموضة،اللون،الكثافة،كمية السكر مع كمية الماء وThymus ciliatus النشاط الأميليز للعسل موافقة للمعايير الدولية.عسل منطقة سبع شيوخ يتميز بنوع واحد من النبات السعترالمهيمن على جميع أنواع النباتات بكمية تواجده المعتبرة،كذلك يعتبر كعسل ذو جودة عالية.هذه الدراسة أضافت لنا معلوماتبخصوص نوعية العسل ،أنواع النباتات الرحيقية المستعملة من قبل النحلة و نشاط تربية النحل.الكلمات المفتاحية: تنوع نباتي – الرمشي – عسل – السعتر .Etude comparative de la diversité floristique de trois stations de Remchi (Wilaya deTlemcen) et estimation de la qualité du miel récolté.L’étude comparative de la diversité floristique de trois stations (El-Fehoul, Sebaa-Chioukh et SidiAli) dans la zone de Remchi (Wilaya de Tlemcen) a été effectuée par un inventaire des espècesvégétales. Nous avons analysé les paramètres physico- chimiques des trois échantillons de mielrécolté. A travers les résultats obtenus, nous retrouvons que les espèces florales recensées sontréparties sur terrain par la présence de 15 familles dans la station d’El- Fehoul, par 12 familles dans lesdeux stations de Sebaa-Chioukh et Sidi Ali avec une dominance des familles de Rutacées et desLamiacées. Nous pouvons dire que les caractéristiques physico-chimiques pH, couleur, texture,densité, le taux de sucre avec le taux d’eau et l’activité amylasique des miels analysés sont conformesaux normes internationales. Le miel de la station de Sebaa-Chioukh peut se caractériser comme unmiel mono-florale dont l’espèce Thymus ciliatus domine toutes les espèces floristiques par un taux derecouvrement très important, aussi il est considéré comme miel de bonne qualité. Cette étude nous adonné un complément d’informations à propos de la qualité du miel et la diversité de la flore butinéepar l’abeille et l’activité apicole.Mots clés : Diversité floristique - Remchi - Miel - Thymus ciliatus - Abeille.Comparative study of the floristic diversity of the three stations in the region of Remchi state ofTlemcen and estimed the quality of honey harvested.Comparative study of the floristic diversity of the three stations (El-Fehoul,Sebaa-Chioukh and SidiAli) in the region of Remchi state of Tlemcen.Carried out by an inventory of plant species andanalysis of the physic- chemical parameters of three harvested samples.From the obtained results,wecan say that the physico – chemical characteristics pH, color, texture, density, the sugar level with thewater content and the amylase activity.an analyzed honey conforms with the internationalstandards.We find too that the listed floral species are distributed on the ground by the presence of 15famillies in the station of El-Fehoul, 12 famillies in the two stations of Sebaa –Chioukh and Sidi Aliwith the dominance of Rutaceae families, Lamiaceae and the Asteraceae. The honey of Sebaa –Chioukh caracteris by Thymus ciliatus specie dominance. This study give us more informations aboutthe quality of the honey and the diversity of the fortified flora by the bees and the apiarian activity.Key words: Floristic diversity- Remchi- Honey- Thymus ciliatus – Bee.النحلة. – (Thymus ciliatus)
