ان دراسة الشخصيات السياسية يعطينا صورة واضحة في الكشف عن دورها ومدى تأثيرها في سياسة الدولة الداخلية والخارجية ، ومن هنا ارتأت الباحثة دراسة شخصية مضر بدران - الشخصية السياسية الأردنية - والبحث بشكل دقيق عن الدور الذي قام به في الأردن في اثناء تسنمه للمناصب السياسية المختلفة في حياته الوظيفية ، ولا سيما رئاسة الوزراء وتقييم المرحلة التي عاشها بالنظر الى الأثر الذي تركه والبصمات الواضحة التي خلفها في شتى ميادين العمل السياسي ، سواء كان ذلك على الصعيد الوطني أم القومي وما قدم من أعمال وخدمات جليلة لأهل الأردن على المستوى الداخلي ، فقد شهدت مدة توليه للمناصب السياسية المختلفة القيام بأعمار وبناء وتطوير واسع لقطاعي التربية والصحة وزيادة مؤسساتها ، وذلك بتطوير الجامعات والمستشفيات والدوائر الخدمية الكثيرة التي تمس حياة المواطن ، وانشاء وتطوير المشاريع التي تعود فائدتها لأهل الأردن وتطويرها.

The study of political figures gives us a clear picture in revealing their role and the extent of their impact on the state’s internal and external policy, and the study of these figures gives us a clear perception of their role in history, and from here the researcher decided to study the personality of Mudar Badran -the Jordanian political figure -and to search carefully for the role that He carried out in Jordan during his attainment of various political positions in his career, especially the prime ministership, and assessing the stage in which he lived in view of the impact he left and the clear fingerprints he left in various fields of political work, whether at the national or national level and the work and services he provided Glory to the people of Jordan at the internal level. His period of tenure for various political positions witnessed the construction, construction and extensive development of the education and health sectors and the increase of their institutions, through the development of universities, hospitals, and the many service departments that affect the life of the citizen, and the establishment and development of projects that benefit the people of Jordan.Based on these facts, Mudar Badranis considered one of the important Jordanian political figures, as he played a major political role during his tenure in many political positions in Jordan, especially when he was assigned to the position of prime minister for a period of four times. Without thinking of replac ing different or less upright positions even in front of kings and heads of state, especially with regard to the higher interest of Jordan, he was distinguished by being very keen and serious in his work, and these qualities helped him to progress in state positions from a simple employee until he reached a position Prime Minister for four times. Mudar Badran had won the trust of Jordan's King Hussein b in Talal and was impressed by his personality, which made the king re-assign him to the post of prime minister four times, and he proved his worth in that. Mudar Badran has succeeded in that.Mudar Badran, during his tenure as prime minister, managed to contain opponents of his government from other political blocs in Jordan, especially the Muslim Brotherhood, in the Jordanian House of Representatives, and this is credited to him in achieving internal political stability.Mudar Badran had an important role in the Palestinian cause, and he proved his keenness on the unity of the Palestinian territories and showed great cooperation with the Palestinians and confronting the continuous (Israeli) threats against Jerusalem.Mudar Badran enjoyed good relations with the Arab world and had a clear ro le in maintaining Jordan's positive relations with Arab countries and was an outlet for King Hussein's policy in this direction
