الملخص

تتمثل مشكلة البحث في التطور السريع لنظم التشغيل الالكترونية للبيانات لما لها من تاثير علي إجراءات تنفيذ عملية المراجعة الخارجية ومواكبة لهذا التطور تم تطوير واستحداث المراجعة الالكترونية للتحقق من صحة مخرجات نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات وتلافي بعض المشكلات التي تؤثرعلي عملية المراجعة . حيث تمت صياغة المشكلة في التساؤلات الأتية : إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يؤثر إستخدام المراجعة الإلكترونية في زيادة كفاءة وفعالية نظام التشغيل الإلكتروني للبيانات , هل استخدام المراجعة الالكترونية يمكن من اضافة الثقة علي مخرجات نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات. تنبع أهمية البحث من معرفة إجراءت المراجعة الالكترونية المتبعة عند فحص وتقييم نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات وأن المراجعة الالكترونية تؤدي الي زيادة الكفاءة والفعالية لنظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات وتساعد علي صحة وتاكيد مخرجات نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات. يعد الهدف الرئيسي من البحث هو دراسة العلاقة بين المراجعة الإلكترونية كمتغير مستقل وزيادة كفاءة وفعالية نظام التشغيل الإلكتروني للبيانات كمتغير تابع وبالتالي إستنتاج مدى تاثير إستخدام المراجعة الإلكترونية في زيادة كفاءة وفعالية نظام التشغيل الإلكتروني للبيانات ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إختبار الفرضيات الأتية : توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أستخدام المراجعة الالكترونية و تقويم كفاءة وفعالية عمليات نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات.توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أستخدام المراجعة الالكترونية واضفاء الثقة في مخرجات نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات.توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أستخدام المراجعة الالكترونية والقدرة علي اكتشاف الاخطاء والتزوير في نظام التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات.توصل البحث الى عدة نتائج منها :1ـ المراجعة الالكترونية تهتم بتقويم الاجراءات المحاسبية المطبقة بنظم التشغيل الالكترونية للبيانات.2ـ تطبيق إجراءات المراجعة الالكترونية تؤدي الي زيادة كفاءة وفاعلية نظم التشغيل الالكترونية للبيانات..3ـ تطبيق إجراءات المراجعة الالكترونية تؤدي الى التقليل من حالات الغش والتزوير في نظم التشغيل الإلكترونية للبيانات.4ـ تطبيق إجراءات المراجعة الالكترونية تؤدي الي زيادة درجة الثقة في مخرجات نظم التشغيل الالكترونية للبيانات.5- إستخدام المراجعة الالكترونية يؤدي الي التاكد من صحة تقارير نظم التشغيل الالكترونية للبيانات
