The research try to determine the future features of educational institutions by analyzing the reality of private education, and trying to identify its most prominent achievements, the obstacles it faces, in order to come up with mechanisms to activate the role of private investment in education to achieve economic development in Iraq.The research concluded that the education system in Iraq suffers from an imbalance in its course and achievement in light of the legacy of the past and the complexities of the present, despite the graduation of hundreds of thousands of different specializations, but in the end it suffers from not achieving its primary goal of raising influential and creative learners, as the quality of the educational process and the educational process decreased. The training of teachers and their overall management of the education sector after years of neglect and corruption, and the culture of fear and weakness remained linked to the personality of students since childhood and in the various educational stages, with an educational system that suffers from slack and superficiality, due to the poor quality of the educational institution that is not in line with the development of knowledge and many educators lack educational competence and scientific.When we analyze the indicators of general government spending on education in light of the increase in these revenues and the huge accumulated government spending and the high cost of the education system, with the aim of developing and developing the capabilities of society, but these expenditures were not commensurate with the requirements of education and higher education in a way that corresponds to this increase in revenues It is still far from reality in the education system, which is marred by many structural and methodological flaws in most of its operations.Accordingly, the research recommended that the private sector should be encouraged to participate in the establishment of schools, institutes and colleges that are consistent with the needs of the country according to studied scientific standards and take a proactive stance to reform the structure of the educational system and improve quality through its main .barms represented in public and private education, as a means of confronting The budget deficit and the weakness of the available financial resources and the improvement of the efficiency of the outputs of educational institutions according to the weighted scientific standards, and given the weak response of the government educational system to address this system from the general budget, so it is necessary to allow the private sector to take a course after its departure from the educational arena and under the supervision and follow-up of the government, and open the door Investment and providing all facilities to investors and making it one of the basic elements of the national education policy, which must be the subject of planning, and adherence to the regulations and laws regulated by the state to increase its effectiveness as a competitor in the educational and educational field to ensure its success to achieve the best results
