الملخص

Ce travail s’inscrit dans l’accomplissement des conditions d’obtention du diplôme de master en sciences financières et comptabilité, vient pour répondre à la problématique de recherche suivante : « dans quelle mesure le tableau de bord contribue-il à la maîtrise et au pilotage de de la performance? ». Après avoir présenté le volet théorique sur le contrôle de gestion, le tableau de bord et la performance d’une entreprise, le chercheur a mis en application les résultats de sa recherche bibliographique sur une entreprise publique étant l’entreprise publique économique ELECTRO-INDUSTRIES (EPE EI). Les conclusions de sa recherche ont confirmé le rôle central que joue le tableau de bord financier dans le pilotage de la performance d’une entreprise, en l’occurrence EI, pour laquelle la plupart des indicateurs ont révélé des tendances qui doivent alerter les gestionnaires pour prendre les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer la performance de l’entreprise.

This work is part of the fulfillment of the conditions for obtaining the master's degree in financial sciences and accounting, comes to answer the following research question: "to what extent does the dashboard contribute to the control and performance management? « After presenting the theoretical component on management control, the dashboard and the performance of a company, the researcher applied the results of his bibliographical research on a public company being the public economic company ELECTRO-INDUSTRIES (EPE EI). The conclusions of his research confirmed the central role that the financial dashboard plays in steering the performance of a company, in this case EI, for which most of the indicators revealed trends that should alert managers to take the necessary measures to improve the performance of the company.
