الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية والمعنونة بتفويض السلطة والرضا الوظيفي بإدارة الجماعات المحلية، دراسة ميدانية بمقر دائرة القرارة ولاية غرداية، إلى محاولة التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين تفويض السلطة بمقر دائرة القرارة ودوره في رضا العاملين بها، كما هدفت إلى تحديد العلاقة بين تفويض المهام وزيادة الثقة لدى العمال داخل المؤسسة، إضافة إلى ذلك معرفة العلاقة بين مشاركة العمال في اتخاذ القرارات داخل المؤسسة وارتباط العمال بها، وكذلك هدفت إلى الكشف عن معرفة العلاقة بين العلاقات الإنسانية ورفع الروح المعنوية في العمل. وقد أجريت الدراسة خلال سنة 2020/2021 على مجتمع بحث مكون من 21 موظفاً، استخدمت فيها طريقة المسح الشامل نظراً لصغر مجتمع البحث، أما الأدوات التي استخدمت في جمع المعطيات الميدانية فقد تمثلت في الاستمارة كأداة أساسية، أما عن النتائج فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة بين أسلوب تفويض السلطة والرضا الوظيفي؛ تفويض السلطة مبني على منح الصلاحيات والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات مع المعاملة الحسنة تؤدي إلى ارتياح العامل ورضاه عن العمل داخل المؤسسة؛ تفويض المهام يمنح التقدير والاحترام ويجعلهم واثقين من أنفسهم ويشعرون بأنهم أعضاء ذوو أهمية وفعالون داخل المؤسسة؛ مشاركة العاملين في اتخاذ القرار يولد روح الجماعة وتماسكها في العمل الذي يؤدي إلى ارتباط العامل بالمؤسسة؛ العلاقات التي يسودها التعاون والتفاهم والاحترام والتقدير المتبادل بين المسؤول والعاملين تؤدي إلى رفع الروح المعنوية مما يحقق الرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال.

The current study, entitled “Delegating Authority and Job Satisfaction in the Administration of Local Communities,” aimed at a field study at the headquarters of the Qarara Department, Ghardaia State, to try to identify the nature of the relationship between the delegation of authority at the headquarters of the Qarara Department and its role on the satisfaction of its employees. Within the institution, in addition to that, knowing the relationship between the participation of workers in making decisions within the institution and the association of workers with it, as well as aimed at revealing the knowledge of the relationship between human relations and raising the morale at work.The study was conducted during the year 2020/2021 on a research community consisting of 21 employees, in which the comprehensive survey method was used due to the smallness of the research community, and the tools that were used in collecting field data were represented in the form as a basic tool. :*There is between the method of delegation of authority and job satisfaction.* Delegating authority is based on the granting of powers and participation in decision-making with good treatment that leads to worker satisfaction and satisfaction with work within the institution. *Delegating tasks gives appreciation and respect and makes them feel confident and feel that they are important and effective members of the organization.*The participation of employees in decision-making generates the spirit of the group and its cohesion in the work, which leads to the worker’s association with the institution.* Relationships in which cooperation, understanding, respect and mutual appreciation prevail between the official and the workers lead to raising the morale, which achieves job satisfaction among workers
