الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات عمال القطاع العام نحو قانون العمل والتي مست الاتجاه نحو الأجور ، إجراءات التقاعد ، والحريات النقابية .وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (283) عاملا يعملون بقطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية في الحيز المكاني المحدد في هذه الدراسة وهي ولايات : الأغواط ، الجلفة ، وتيارت ، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية .واعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدم مقياسا معدا من طرفه ، كما تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) حسب الفرضيات لمعرفة اتجاهات العمال نحو قانون العمل ودلالة الفروق في من خلال المتغيرات التالية (السن، الجنس، المستوى التعليمي، الانتماء إلى فرع نقابي)،

ترجمة الملخص

The current study aims to identify Attitudes of Public Sector Workers towards Labor Law which focuses on the trend toward wages, retirement procedures, and freedom of association. The sample of the study is composed of (283) workers whom work in the health sector and local communities sector in the spatial area specified in this study which had applied in the following states: Laghouat, Djelfa, and Tiaret. The states were chosen randomly. In this study, the researcher used to work on the descriptive approach, and used a criterion that he prepared.. In addition, he used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) according to the hypothesis to know the workers’ attitudes towards labor law and the differences throughout the following variables (age, sex, educational level, belonging to association branch). The results of the study conduct as Following: 1-Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards labor law.2-There are no statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law.3-Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards wages scale.4-Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards the organized laws for retirement procedures.5-There are no statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law in relation to the age variable.6-There are statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law in relation to the sex variable. 7- There are no statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law in relation to the educational level variable. 8- Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards the organized laws for the right to practice association.9-There are no statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law about belonging to an association branch
