Since 2011 and on, Syrian Arab soldiers have been encountering a daily terrorist war that aim the Syrian state with all its components including land , people and infrastructure ,a matter that makes them subject to war injuries resulting from bombardment, fragments and live bullets, the most important of which is kinetic disability ( amputation , paralysis) . this imposes a set of physical, psychological ,social and economical needs. This acquired disability is considered of the important issues that concerns the Syrian community due to the incidents it lives .Kinetic disability is the all conditions when people suffer problems with movement resulting from defect or failure with the development of the central nerve system, or a defect with the functional performance of some body systems, the intensity and danger of which reaches a level that can limit vitality and activity, and this can have a constant negative influence on the kinetic and productive performance of that system . the kinetic disabled person is a one who has had a defect or failure in one or more of his upper or lower limbs, and this limits participation as a result of lack of kinetic functions partially or totally.thus, the needs of Kinetic disability influence the entity of the Kinetic disability person and cause load on community when ignored .because of absence of Syrian official statistics about the number of the disabled ,and publishing unrealistic statistics on internet pages ,this study comes to contribute and spotlight the needs of those Kinetic-disability Military in lattakia governorate. Here comes the importance of nursing with the Kinetic disability persons. It does not only imply dealing with the case medically ,but also dealing with Kinetic disability as a psychological, physical, emotional and social integrated person.Aim of the research:Identifying the psychological, physical, emotional and social needs of war-injured Military who have Kinetic disability during the Syrian crisis in lattakia governorate .Subjects and ways of the research:-Designing the research:descriptive study.-Place of the research:the study has been done in places where Kinetic disability Military live in lattakia governorate .-Time and timing:the research started with collecting data in the period between 1-1-2015 until 30-6-2016 .-Sample of the research :the study has been implemented on allKinetic disability Military in lattakia governorate since 2011 until August 2014 , which are 197 Kinetic disability Military according to the statistics of Zahi Azrak Military hospital in lattakia governorate . II-Tool of the research:the researcher has developed and used a questionnaire titled: The needs of of war-injured Military with Kinetic disability , consisting of three parts:1-demographic information like: age, social state , employment state.2-health information like: kind and age of the Kinetic disability and the health problems before and after which .3-part three includes question on four domains:-The physical needs listed in five dimensions : motion, activity, moving/nourishing,appetite/ treatment and medicine /self –caring /sleep and rest.-The psychological needs listed in three dimensions: self-esteem /safe ,security and tranquility/self-adaptation which is divided into negative adaptation which is divided into negative adaptation and positive adaptation.-The social needs listed in two dimensions:social acceptance/ social support.-The economical needs.Method of the research:Needed official agreements to collect research data have been obtained from the official authorities.1-Tool of the research has been developed by the researcher and been showed to a group of judicial in the field of specialization 2-A heuristicevidential study has been implemented on ten members of the sample to evaluate the stability and trustfulness of the questionnaire 3-Data has been collected as follows:-Addresses and phone number of sample members have been assigned from the hospital.-Each member of the sample has been telephoned, then the research has introduced himself, title of the research and its aim clearly ,agreement has been obtained with guarantees on secrecy and privacy.-A time for meeting members of the sample ,each on his own, has been assigned, and the visits were on time.-The questionnaire has been filled during the meeting by the researcher a fetter questioning the kinetic disabled.4-At the end of the study , there has been a discharge of the data that has been collected and analyzed statistically. Main results of the study as follows:1. was the highest percentage of physically disabled participants study of the age group of 26 years to 35 years, and single men and hold a certificate of secondary education and who were practicing Freelancers before the injury. 2. was the highest proportion of physically disabled who are paralyzed, especially the lower limbs paralyzed.3. economic needs came first, and the level of these needs is high.4. physical needs came second and was an average level.5. social needs came in third place and Kat average level.6. psychological needs came in last place and had a low level. Recommendations :1. Work on the rehabilitation of the disabled environment to suit his own needs.2. To work on activating guidance and specialized targeted for people with disabilities and their families centers.3. To work on activating awareness programs for the rehabilitation of the physically handicapped families.4. Provide financial and moral support for the disabled as well as find them suitable jobs.
