جاء هذا البحث محاولة للإستفادة من نظم المعلومات الإدار ةٌ ف مجال إدارة الأقسامبالكل اٌت والت تستخدم الأنظمة ال دٌو ةٌ أو شبه ال دٌو ةٌ ف مزاولة النشاط الإداريوالذي ؤٌدي إلى تض عٌٌ الوقت والجهد ف عمل اٌت الحصر وجمع المعلومات والبحثمما أدى إلى تطو رٌ هذا النظام والإستفادة من مزا اٌ الإنترنت لتخف فٌ المعاناة الت جٌدها رئ سٌ القسم ف عمل ةٌ إستخراج التقار رٌ ومتابعة الأداء الإداري للقسم والأداءالأكاد مٌ وحصر وتق مٌٌ الأساتذة .سٌتط عٌ رئ سٌ القسم عبر هذا النظام حفظ الجداول ومعلومات الأساتذة واستخراج كافةالتقار رٌ الت تخص القسم وأرشفة الإجتماعات .

This researchwasan attemptto take advantage ofmanagement information systemsin the management ofdepartmentsin colleges andthat use thesystemsmanual orsemi-manual to engage inadministrative activity, which leads toa waste oftime and effort ininventoriesand data collectionand research.Which led to the development of this system and benefit from the advantages of the Internet to easethe suffering that it finds the department head in the process of extraction of reports and follow-up of administrative performance of the department and the academic performance and inventory and evaluation of teachers.The head of the departmentthrough the system keeping tables and information professors and extract all of the reports concerning the department and archived meetings. Technique was used to design pages PHP and MYSQL language for creating and managing the database.The head of the department was able to accomplish all administrative processes with ease, speed and accuracy of the reports and records and tables.There have been attempts to develop a system more suited to other environments and linking and integration with the financial system and the registration system and the resultsystem, as well as the academic system.
