الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة مؤسسات التمويل الصغير في محافظة اللاذقية والخدمات التمويلية والاستشارية التي تقدمها إضافة لدراسة الوضع المعيشي للأسرة السورية ودراسة أثر هذه المؤسسات على الوضع المعيشي للأسرة متمثلا بمؤشرات عدة كالصحة والتعليم والدخل والسكن.وتم فيها استعراض ماهية التمويل الصغير وهيكليته وآليات عمله والأهمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية له والمستوى المعيشي للأسرة السورية باستخدام بيانات المكتب المركزي للإحصاء والأرقام القياسية ودراسة أثر مؤسسات التمويل الصغير على هذا الوضع المعيشي عن طريق استبانة تم توزيعها على المستفيدين من التمويل الصغير في محافظة اللاذقية تضمنت أسئلة عن أثر هذا التمويل على مستواهم التعليمي والصحي وعلى دخولهم وأرباحهم وسكنهم ومستويات بطالتهم، وتم تحليل الاستبانة عن طريق برنامج SPSS باستخدام الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة كاختبار"ANOVA"واختبار ""one sample testواختبار "Independent Samples Test".وشمل مجتمع البحث جميع المستفيدين من برامج التمويل الصغير في محافظة اللاذقية،وشملت الدراسة (217اديفتسم)من قروض التمويل الصغير.ووجدنامن خلال هذه الدراسة أثر اواضح اذا دلالة إحصائية لمؤسسات التمويل الصغير على مستوى دخول الفئات المستفيدة منه، وعلى مستواهم الصحي والتعليمي.بينما لم يكن لهذه المؤسسات الأثر المنتظر منها على مستوى بطالة الفئات المستهدفة وعلى مستوى سكنهم ،كما تمت دراسة أثر خصائص أفراد العينة "الذكور والإناث ،سكان الريف والمدينة "....في الإجابات.

The study dealt with microfinance institutions in Lattakia Governorate and the financial and advisory services they provide in addition to studying the living situation of the Syrian family and studying the impact of these institutions on the living situation of the family, such as health, education, income and housing.The study reviewed the nature of microfinance, its structure, its work mechanisms, its economic and social importance, and the standard of living of the Syrian family, using the data of the Central Bureau of Statistics and Statistics and the study of the impact of microfinance institutions on this living situation through a questionnaire distributed to microfinance beneficiaries in Lattakia governorate. This funding was analyzed by the SPSS program using appropriate statistical tests suchas ANOVA, one sample test, and independent Samples Test, The research community represented all beneficiaries of microfinance programs in Lattakia Governorate. The study included (712)beneficiaries of microfinance loans.In this study, we found that there is a statistically significant impact of microfinance institutions on the level of income of the beneficiaries,and on their level of health and education. While these institutions did not have the expected impact on the level of unemployment of the target groups and their level of residence.The impact of the characteristics of the respondents on their responses, such as the difference between males and females, or the difference between rural and urban population, was also examined in the responses.
