Each work has professional ethics which must be committed and taken into consideration, and they are the keys to success and innovation , work is a basic need which gives individual self-confidence , and makes him feels his existence in addition to financial returns, which assists him to keep alive and spend his basic needs.And ethics is what being considered by the individual as an important thing, and is expressed in the form of performance about what is good , right and justice , and ethics means arranging them according to their importance from the viewpoint of the individual or the group , which is connected with the biological , social and psychological nature of human and the culture , environment , family and religion ,play an essential role in its composition and affect the human behavior and are formed by him.Countries with their different social philosophies and ideological orientations , take the teacher profession every care on the basis that the quality of education and the achievement of educational goals that are reflected on the performance of students , determined by the level of the teacher's professional and moral performance, and the amount of effectiveness and efficiency that he is characterized by while carrying out his educational message.Therefore the pivotal role of qualified teacher in any educational system is determined by the depth of the impact that the quality of educational outcomes (students)and their level of scientific and ethical level, thus the importance of the study of ethics is being highlighted, which the teaching profession is distinguished by and every body is characterized by practicing it.The problem of Research-Highlights the importance of the ethics of the teaching profession values from the importance of the role that the teacher practices in the community, the education is the field of his work ,since it constitutes the life of every nation, the role of the teacher becomes making life, life in its real sense."The ethical aspects of the value of the work of the teacher are the ones that have the potential to influence the development of students for better or worse.This is what indicated by the study that was made by Celepon (450) secondary schoolteachers in Turkey" the moral commitment for teachers was low if teacher was not convinced of the teaching profession, on the other hand , the moral obligation of teachers from the same sample was high if they had the desire and love for the teaching profession"(Celep, 2002, 130-167).The researcher has conducted a survey on a sample of (20)teachers and administrators in the first cycle of primary education and distributed a questionnaire composed of ten items about the ethics of the teaching profession ,So it is clear from the answers that (60%) of teachers see the process of education is a financial process , and (37 %)found that the teachers do not appreciate or respect the teaching profession , and (47%) believe that teachers do not care about the morality of this profession , and (56%) of the views of respondents found that the teachers mocked the teaching profession , and other oral phrases reported that ethics of the teacher ten years ago was different from the present time dramatically.And 68 % believe that the teaching profession is a bad choice for those who did not find a better job than that. These results that have been reached is what made the researcher to study the work ethics and values ,and here you can determine the problem of research by the following question:What are the ethics of values of work and their relationship with the teaching profession when the teacher from the perspective of administrators and teachers in the first cycle of primary education?.The importance of Research:-The efficient teacher is a teacher whom his professional performance doesn't depend on what he owns of educational knowledge and skills ,and his success in his work is not limited on the pattern of academic preparation and training that he received before and during the service, but ethical standards must be available for the professional commitment to the work of teachers and hence comes the importance of the current study of the importance of the community of the study on the one hand and the importance of the subject of study in the following points:1.The importance of identifying the ethical values of male and female teachers of the first cycle of primary education because of the great importance of this stage in laying the correct values in the emerging hearts of the work and its impact on the ethics of the teaching profession, as this ethics can be considered as a component of evaluating the teacher, so that committed teacher is rewarded by the ethics of his profession, and necessary actions are taken to modify the behavior of the teacher, who tries to get out of this ethics. 1542. The importance of the findings of the current study of paying attention to the teacher since preparing him at the faculties of education and through his work by deepen his belonging to the teaching profession and its morals.-The objectives of the research:The research aims to:1.Know the work ethics prevailing among the teachers in schools of the first cycle of primary education through the perspective of administrators and teachers.2.Know the relationship between the work ethics and education profession for teachers of primary schools through the perspective of teachers and administrators.3.Know the differences in the ethics of teachers according to the study variables(gender,qualification, years of experience).4.Know the differences in the teaching profession according to the study variables(sex, qualification, years of experience).Hypotheses of Research--1 -6-1 -There is no statistically significant relationship between the measurement degrees of work ethics and the teaching profession to administrators and teachers , at the level of significance(0.05) ?.2 -6-2 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of work ethics values at the level of significance(0.05) according to the variable gender (male , female)3 -6-3 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of work ethics values at according to the variable qualification.(a university degree , educational qualification , postgraduate studies, Teachers Preparation Institute-4 -6-4 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of work ethics values at the level of significance(0.05) according tothe variable years of experience.(Less than five years , five years to ten years , more than ten years).5 -6-5 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the teaching profession at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable gender(male , female).6 -6-6 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the teaching profession at the significance level (0.05) , according to the variable qualification (Teachers Preparation Institute, a university degree , educational rehabilitation, Postgraduate Studies).7 -6-7 -there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the teaching profession at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable years of experience (less than five years , five years to ten years , more than ten years).Methodology of Research and its tools:The research adopted the analytical descriptive method, because it fits the subject of research and its objectives in knowing the relation ship between the work values and the ethics of teaching profession , through the questionnaire it has been used as a tool to collect the necessary facts and the data needed, and then it was analyzed and interpreted as what the research adopted , the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data of the study, which was consisted of an introduction and four axes.Original Community to Research and Sample:original community to research includes teachers and administrators in the primary education in the city of Damascus, totaling /1401/individuals that an available sample was taken from them according to the current circumstances, by(15%), the number of the members of sample was / 210/.General Results of the research and its proposals:1 -There statistically significant relationship between the measurement degrees of work ethics and the teaching profession to administrators and teachers , at the level of significance (0.05).2 -There are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the measurement of work ethics values at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable gender(male , female).3 -There are no statistically significant differences between the the average degrees of the measurement of work ethics values at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable qualification.(a university degree , educational rehabilitation, Postgraduate Studies, Teachers Preparation Institute).4 -There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the measurement of work ethics values at the level of significance (0.05 according to the variable years of experience.(Less than five years , five years to ten years , more than ten years). 1565 -There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the measurement of the teaching profession at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable gender(male , female).6 -There are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the measurement of the teaching profession at the level of significance(0.05) , according to the variable Qualification (Teachers Preparation Institute, a university degree, educational rehabilitation, Postgraduate Studies).7 -There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the measurement of the teaching profession at the level of significance(0.05) according to the variable years of experience (less than five years , five years to ten years , more than ten year).According to the conclusions reached by the search through the presentation of the results and their interpretation, which revealed the need of paying attention to the professional ethics of the teacher and director in primary schools and due to the lack of studies, the researcher suggests the following:1 –Design training programs to develop professional ethics for administrators and teachers educational stages in general, and in the stage of primary education in particular.2 -conduct studies to identify the role of the professional ethics in light of the development of current life and its Effectiveness in the development of managers and teachers' creativity.3 –Enhance teaching the professional education al subjects for students of classroom teacher through preparing and rehabilitating the min faculties of education.4 –Adoption of the subject of ethics for students of class room teacher in faculties of education.5 -The professors of faculties of education to provide educational seminars concentrating on the moral configuration and the development of moral values that are acceptable to the community .6 -Activate continuous vocational training courses for teachers and administrators during service.7 -drew the attention of researchers to conduct studies on professional ethics for students of class room teacher , in faculties of education.
