الملخص

Ce projet est une étude d’un hôtel RDC+7+entresol+sous-sol en appliquant la démarche de modélisation des données du bâtiment (Building information modeling « BIM ») dans l’industrie de l’architecture, de l’ingénierie de construction.Cette étude traite une structure en béton armé qui est classée dans une zone sismique(zone III).La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par un système de contreventement : voiles porteurs.Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément au règlement algérien en vigueur (RPA version 2003) et le document technique CBA93.L’étude sismique a été menée suivant la méthode numérique basée sur la méthode des éléments finis moyennant le logiciel (SAP2000) Ensuite une étude bibliographique a été menée qui porte principalement sur la définition,l’historique et le développement de BIM, son rôle important ainsi que tous ses intervenants. Enfin, l’étape la plus importante de ce mémoire est la modélisation et l’analyse structurale à l’aide d’outils BIM dans l’intention de détecter les clashes avec le BIM collaboratif.

This project is a study of an R+7+entresol+subsoil+hotel by applying the Building Information Modeling (BIM) approach in the architectural and construction engineering industry.This study concerns a reinforced concrete structure classified in a seismic zone (zone III). The resistance of the structure to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a bracing system: load-bearing walls. The dimensions and reinforcement of the resistant elements were established by the Algerian regulations in force (RPA version 2003) and the technical document CBA93. The seismic study was conducted according to the numerical method based on the finite element method using the software (SAP2000)Then a bibliographical study was done about BIM. it concerns BIM definition, BIM history and development, BIM Roleand BIM Users.Finally, the most important step of this thesis is the modeling and structural analysis using BIM tools to detect clashes with collaborative BIM.
