الملخص

’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser l’état de l’eau et la gestion actuelle des ressources en eau à la daïra de Kherrata. A cet égard, un travail de terrain a été effectué : nous avons tout d’abord procédé à la collecte des données statistiques, auprès de l’APC, l’ADE de Kherrata. Ensuite, nous avons procédé à l’étape la plus importante consistant à la gestion des ressources en eau à la daïra de Kherrata. Notre travail porte sur la gestion de l’eau à la Daïra de Kherrata à travers les différents secteurs économiques notamment le sous-secteur de l’eau potable assuré par l’ADE et les régies communales. L’étude montre que la gestion actuelle présente non seulement un manque flagrant de l’offre de l’eau dans une grande partie de la Daïra mais aussi, des pertes et de gaspillages de la ressource dus à l’absence d’entretien des infrastructures. Ainsi, des mesures de gestion efficace doivent être introduites pour assurer la durabilité de la ressource en eau ce qui désigne la gouvernance rationnelle de l’eau, et viabilité financière de secteur.

In this regard, field work was carried out: APC, ADE of Kherrata. We have also made the largest step management of the water resources in the Daira of Kherrata. Our work concerns the water management in the Daïra of Kherrata through the various sectors, in particular the under-sector of drinking water ensured by the ADE and commune.The study shows that current management presents not only on, a flagrante lack of water supply in most territory of Kherrata, but also of the losses and wasting of the resource due to the absence of infrastructure maintenance. Therefore, measurements of efficient management must be introduced to ensure the durability of the resource or the ideal water governance, and the financial viability of the sector.
