الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع (المؤسسة التربوية كبناء شخصية الطالب في ظل التحولات الاجتماعية، دراسة ميدانية في مدينة النجف الأشرف)، إذ إن التحولات الاجتماعية التي شهدها العراق بعد عام 2003 أحدثت الكثير من التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والدينية والثقافية والأسرية والتربوية، وكطبيعة الحال أثرت هذه التغيرات على المؤسسة التربوية كبناء لشخصية الطالب، بحكم أن مؤسسات البناء الاجتماعي تؤثر وتتأثر بعضها بالبعض الآخر من أجل تحقيق البناء الاجتماعي المناسب في المجتمع. كما أن التغيرات التي شملت كل مؤسسات البناء الاجتماعي في المجتمع العراقي أثرت في المؤسسة التربوية ودورها في بناء شخصية الطالب، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على تلك المؤثرات التي سببتها التحولات الاجتماعية على كل من المؤسسة التربوية كبناء لشخصية الطالب. ولهذا تضمنت مشكلة الدراسة مجموعة من التساؤلات، أهمها ما يأتي: 1- ما دور المؤسسة التربوية في بناء الجوانب الشخصية لدى الطالب؟ 2- هل أثرت التحولات الاجتماعية على المؤسسة التربوية ودورها الفاعل في صناعة طالب عراقي ناجح؟ 3- هل عملت المؤسسة التربوية على وضع إصلاحات تربوية تتلاءم مع ما حصل في المجتمع العراقي من تحولات اجتماعية؟ تركزت أهمية الدراسة في الحاجة الماسة إلى دراسة وضع المؤسسة التربوية كما تقوم به من دور في مجال بناء شخصية الطالب وتأثير التحولات الاجتماعية عليه. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المؤسسة التربوية في بناء شخصية الطالب، والعوامل والتحديات التي تؤثر في تكامل بناء شخصية الطالب، وكذلك التعرف على مؤثرات التحولات الاجتماعية على المؤسسة التربوية كبناء لشخصية الطالب. تُعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت منهج المسح الاجتماعي في جمع وتحليل البيانات، واُستخدم فيها الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، إذ كان مجتمع الدراسة هو مجموعة المدارس الثانوية في مدينة النجف الأشرف، وعينة الدراسة مجموعة من المدرسين بلغ عددهم (200) مدرس ومدرسة، اقتُطعت من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (4299) مدرساً ومدرسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: 1- إبعاد المؤسسة التربوية عن المؤثرات الاجتماعية للعمل على بناء شخصية الطالب وتثقيفه ليكون مستعداً لمواكبة التغير الاجتماعي، عن طريق تزويد الطالب بالقيم والمعايير الاجتماعية المناسبة لإكسابه أنماط السلوك المعتدل. 2- يحتاج العراق إلى تجديد وتحديث المفاهيم التربوية السائدة بشكل كبير من أجل منح المؤسسة التربوية القدرة على بناء شخصية الطالب. 3- من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسة التربوية كبناء لشخصية الطالب هي التحولات الأسرية. كما طرحت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: 1- ضرورة إبعاد المؤسسة التربوية عن كل المؤثرات الاجتماعية والحرص على استقلاليتها في عملها تجاه بناء شخصية الطالب. 2- ضرورة الاهتمام بالإصلاح والتجديد التربوي من خلال تجديد وتحديث المفاهيم التربوية السائدة لتمكين المؤسسة التربوية من بناء شخصية متلائمة مع التحولات الاجتماعية الحاصلة في مختلف المجالات. 3- أن تقوم المؤسسة التربوية بدورها الفاعل في التحكم بالعوامل البيئية والثقافية من خلال تكييف علاقة رابطة بين الأسرة والمدرسة والمتابعة الاجتماعية لمطالب الأفراد في المجتمع.

This study dealt with the topic of (the educational institution and building the student’s personality in light of social transformations, a field study in the holy city of Najaf), as the social transformations that Iraq witnessed after 2003 AD brought about many political, economic, religious, cultural, familial and educational changes, and of course these changes affected On the educational institution and building the student’s personality, since the social construction institutions influence and are affected by each other in order to achieve the appropriate social construction in society, and those changes that included all the social construction institutions in Iraqi society affected the educational institution and its role in building the student’s personality, so this came The study sheds light on the influences caused by social transformations on the educational institution And building the student’s personality. Therefore, the problem of the study included a set of questions, the most important of which were the following: 1-What is the role of the educational institution in building the student’s personal aspects?2-Have social transformations affected the educational institution and its effective role in creating a successful Iraqi student?3-Has the educational institution worked to develop educational reforms that are compatible with the social transformations that have occurred in Iraqi society?The importance of the study centered on the fact that today we urgently need to study the status of the educational institution and the role it plays in the field of building the student’s personality and the impact of social transformations on both. While the study aimed to identify the role of the educational institution in building the student’s personality, the factors and challenges that affect and face the building of the student’s personality, and to identify the effects of social transformations on the educational institution and building the student’s personality.This study is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey approach in collecting and analyzing data, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, as the study population was a group of secondary schools in the city of Najaf, and the study sample was a group of teachers, numbering 220 teachers and schools, taken from the community. The study included 1099 teachers and schools.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were:1-Keepingthe educational institution away from social influences and working to build the student’s personality and qualify him to be prepared to keep pace with ~273~social change with awareness and understanding by providing the student with the appropriate social values and standards to provide him with moderate behavior patterns.2-Iraq needs to significantly renew and modernize the prevailing educational concepts in order to give the educational institution the ability to build the student’s personality.3-Thesocial transformations that have the greatest impact on the educational institution and the building of the student’s personality are family transformations.The study then proposed a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the following:1-The necessity of distancing the educational institution from all social influences and ensuring its independence in its work towards building the student’s personality.2-The necessity of paying attention to educational reform and renewal through renewing and modernizing the prevailing educational concepts so that the educational institution has the ability to build a personality compatible with the social transformations taking place in various fields.3-The educational institution should play its important role in controlling environmental and cultural factors by forming a close relationship between the family, the school, and social follow-up of the student in society
