الملخص
Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an extraordinary and growing role in global business.It can provide firms with new market and marketing channels, cheaper production facilities and access to new technology and financing.As commercial banks lending dry-up to develop economies in 1980s, most countries were trying to ease restriction on (FDI). Hence the inflow of FDI increased rapidly during1980s, and 1990s all over the worldMany economists observed that, there is a positive relationship between FDI and economic growth. For instance, Boresztein, de Gregorian, lee (1998) argue that FDI has positive growth effect when country committed high educated work- force that allows it to exploit FDI Spillovers.
