الملخص

L’objectif de ce travail est de donner une réponse urbanistique claire et précise sur les possibilités de réaménagement existant pouvant dynamiser des quartiers à caractère purement résidentiels tel que les zones industrielles.Dans notre cas d’étude que fut la zone industrielle de Guelma, nous avons tout d’abord fait énumérer les différentes problématiques générales se rapportant à la ville de Guelma et sur la question principale relative aux réaménagement et intégration au zone industrielle les paramètres et facteur influents sur ces zones ainsi que les différents modes opératoires pouvant servir à les réaménager et les rendre plus compétitifs et électrodynamiques différents quartiers riverains et notamment le centre-ville.L’intervention urbaine où nous estimons avoir apporté une réponse urbanistique aux différentes problématiques liées à notre thème d’étude par le biais d’une programmation urbaine et stratégies urbaine bien définis nous avons pu à travers d’un schème de Principe delimiter les grandes lignes de notre intervention aussi bien architecturale qu’urbaine.En conclusion de cette partie nous avons schématisé les différentes problématiques et porte-étendard les premières idées d’intervention urbaine servant de solution primaire et de base à notre projet d’étude.Ce travail nous a permis de synthétiser l’ensemble des cinq années d’études oùn ous avons pu approfondir notre culture tant architecturale qu’urbaine.

The objective of this work is to give a clear and precise urban planning response on the possibilities of existing redevelopment that can revitalize purely residential neighborhoods such as industrial zones. In our case study that was the industrial zone of Guelma, we first listed the various general issues relating to the city of Guelma and on the main question relating to redevelopment and integration into the industrial zone the parameters and factor influencing these areas as well as the different operating methods that can be used to redevelop them and make them more competitive and dynamic with the various neighboring neighborhoods and in particular the city center. The urban intervention where we believe we have provided an urban response to the various issues related to our study theme through urban programming and well-defined urban strategies, we were able through a principle diagram to delimit the main lines of our intervention, both architectural and urban. At the end of this part we have schematized the different issues and try to provide the first ideas for urban intervention serving as a primary and basic solution to our study project. This work allowed us to synthesize all of the five years of study where we were able to deepen our culture, both architectural and urban.
